I don't really use names, mostly just phrases of insults.
"I've seen warrens better looking than you"
"You should lay off the Rice. I see your folds flapping"
"Sorry, I don't have any designer jeans for you today" - This one is reserved for GC.
"Oh I'm sorry, you mistake me for someone who gives a crap about your demands."
"You belong to the who?" - Reserved for people who belong to factions with absurd names, E.G LWB"
"Gaijin" - When all else fails.

"Incompetent" and "Ignorant" normally gets peeps going pretty good
I especially love the players who "System RP argue" that use things that normally 9-17 year olds would most likely use ("Your mom" "Suck it" "Baby" etc). Then I play the whole "Ah you must just be fat, chip munching, 14 year old who got a-hold of his father's ship coms. Sitting all cozy in front of your transmission monitor, fingers greasy, glasses smeared, room cluttered, only capable of cave man intelligence level banter." That can sometimes hit home a little more than needed.

Insult to Libertonians: You capitalist pigs are all so fat that the Nomads think your bodies are all overpopulated lairs.
Insult to Rheinlanders: Your women are all ugly sluts who gang bang Libertonian soldiers for donuts.
Insult to Gallics: I don't really have any insult for them, all insults I can think for them are way too strong for this kindergarten community.

Calling IMGs "Auslanders" when they are spotted in Rheinland space and Omegas.
Also DHC has some RP slang terms, phrases, and insults like; "son of a hessian"
