However, the scientists and other people are working to find a fix for it and having some small successes, or that is what I have heard. Edit: I was going to post a link to a video, but it's too hard to choose! Youtube has a whole bunch of stuff on them, go check them out, the noise they make has to be heard to be believed. The devils were all splotched and missing patches of fur. We asked the tour guide, and he was like, "oh thats where they tear each other's skin off in the welping pit" RE: Come to Australia - n00bl3t - 04-01-2013 We are so geographically isolated that our flora and fauna don't make sense at times. Being brutal is a good thing in the wild. OUR fauna makes no sense. RE: Come to Australia - t0l - 04-02-2013 A friend in Australia told me once that when you go there, they hand you a small pamphlet that states what can't kill you. I didn't get that :| RE: Come to Australia - n00bl3t - 04-02-2013 (04-02-2013, 02:31 AM)Tal Wrote: A friend in Australia told me once that when you go there, they hand you a small pamphlet that states what can't kill you. I have heard of a Queensland tourism brochure that went along these lines. Koalas were listed as drop bears though, so I do not think it holds much water. RE: Come to Australia - SMGSterlin - 04-02-2013 So if I move to Australia, I have to deal with attacking spiders, deadly snakes, and a manner of other dangerous life that would seek to kill me. If I stay in America, I have to deal with 17 trillion dollar debt, a corrupt government, North Korean nuclear missiles, and Obama's drones... Mickk, mind if I crash on your couch when I move to Australia? I'll pay rent in American money that will be worthless in 20 years, it's a good deal. :3 RE: Come to Australia - t0l - 04-02-2013 Obama owes me 7 trillion dollars, so I'll just chill out here for free while he gathers his cash for me. Jellyfish and stingrays will kill you if you try to flee via the ocean. We sacrifice tourists to the beasts everyone now and again to appease them. |
