Today, to clone a sheep, one has 300some dead fetuses for every surviving sheep. Which then lives for a much shorter life.
On that note, I do have an RP story about a clone, and another character, who may be a clone.
Technical capability to clone human beings isn't horribly far off, the real barriers are moral and political, so, yes, I do think there will be cloning. And if not real cloning, I'm sure somebody has a Tleilaxu style farm somewhere.

Alaska...a very empty system..hope can add more secret liberty stuff in it..not just 2 box like prison station and a useless shipyard and a space station's wreckage...it should have many Liberty secret facility in there..and make that system's RP intresting..
for cloning...i dont think anyone would do it because it's very very un-stable and need tons of cash..
and yea...Corsairs GB..Cruiser..even their Dreadnought looks like are make by scrap metals...

in my honest opinion, it basically comes down to the fact on how you could portray it here, on the forums.
nearly every faction can, to an extent, get involved in cloning, but it all comes down to the fact- finance and intent, availiable equipment, etc.
if you dont have the equipment, you cant do it, if you dont have the cash you cant do it, if you do not have a 'stonghold' so to speak, you cant do it (after all, such equipment is big [the vats], and expensive, and annot be moved at a moments notice, or in case of an attack etc.)

I think any NPC faction is large enough and powerful enough to make at least some clones....not that it is a smart investment, but I dont think any group is to small or too poor to pull it off if they wanted too. Groups like the BAF or the Liberty navy could of course do it on a decently large scale and swallow the costs without blinking.
