Quote:The VWA will not stop, harass, or otherwise engage ALG Transports or Security forces for the most part unless harassed or attacked first; we will expect vice-versa to also hold true.
The VWA will have reason to stop and request cargo from an ALG transport if they are carrying the following "commodities":

-Military Vehicles
-Slaves
-Prisoners
-Cardamine
-Artifiacts

The short version is that we've tested a new kind of Armor for our Disposal and Research Vessels, we're not 100% sure about it, but we belive we had a lack of radiactive Waste in one of our "Test Rooms" and that caused a radioactiv contamination.
