The info card says a "private" comapny built them and sold them to Rhineland. They also mention alien origins (harvesters maybe)

Anyship that is civi can be used by just about anyone. Beside's those ship's really need more use. Maybe i will go buy 1 right now. I could use a new char.(ten is just not enough hehe)
