Id say no more new factions. We have plenty of vanilla ones to resurrect and I guess that this is 1st priority.

I'd really love to see an active Gateway faction. It's a niche that's missing at the moment, which is a shame because their rivalry is great fun to explore ingame.
Bowex is like Gateway's Gary Oak to their Ash.

...Previous experience tells me that you're going to have a much harder job of it than you seem to think. I am willing to give you any help you want with advice or other assistance, however.
You're probably not going to have the time or manpower to run more than one faction, either. Even getting one going successfully is difficult enough. I'd suggest focusing on one, then seeing where you want to go from there.
