I can create an account but i don't know how to use this account with discovery RP, my computeur launch FL base version, and, if i do an other account, can the admin really give my old stuff or they have to give me an new stuff?

Hey, I've been banned for a few weeks now and I never commited any offenses to the server.
I think I may have a blanket over my I.P. or it is blocked because my internet is kind of slow.
Anyone that can aid me with this issue, please contact me.
