Well actually not...Admiral de la Marine perhaps, but the one you would propose would remind too much people of the French WWII general and later president De Gaule.
But if I have to set these ranks in french i'll be up all night and seeing as how the ranks won't be displayed in the name because of the limited space of names it doesn't really matter now does it. Maybe ingame and RP wise that we can do this.

It in mondern day France, but to make it more fit into the game i made the general into gallois...grammatically I think it's correct French.

Uhh.. I didn't see any mention of Outcasts or Corsairs in the initial post.. Corsair is a French word, though, IIRC.

No informations have been revealled about the factions really, except a short Q&A, so how can you actually make a precise Faction status proposal?
As far as I know, None of the french speaking I know have received some text to translate.

I never said it was precise, I was just thinking along the way it could be, this can be adapted. It was just me and Donutman who were largely making things as we went along...As it says in the title : "We're calling dibs"
