Let's see ...
First off, I'm saying that not one of these is a real weapon. Resin fakes or prop guns would be my guess. (And using TinEye to reverse image search finds several articles pointing out that these are, indeed, fake guns.)
Top left - M-60 up high, then an M-16 with the M-203 under that, then the assault shotgun, an M-79, and whatever that bullpup thing is on the bottom.
Middle of the top - looks like a Barret .50
From right to left, I recognize the M-2, the AT4 behind that, the small Vulcan mini-gun behind that, about 6 more that I don't recognize off hand, and finally what looks like an AK.

The person in question does have enough rifles to shoot through the screen in case of interdimensional alien Obama incursion, but I doubt even a single rifle would be much use.

That is a direct quote. If you believe of taking this away then you are saying this is not a free state.
