Introduction to Cali Combat Squadron The [CCS] - crocodile - 01-12-2009 INCOMMING MESSAGE: FROM: Cocodrillo Salvaje TO: Cali Combat Squadron Commander As promised I am sending my biography. I would do it sooner but with intense training and recent clashes with CRs and all patrol activities I spent most the time in my cockpit of the Scimitair that started I love so much. I was born on Malta in 797 AS. My parents were running a decent business as a, Cardamine traders so I spent most of my youth on our family trader throughout Sirius. For my 7Th birthday my father gave me a special present he called me into ships hangar and put me into our familys Dagger that we used for special operations. He looked at ma and said:Son, Its time to start learning some new skills. While looking at strange gadgets of my birthday present, our ship was suddenly hit by several nova torpedoes. The ship started to shake violently, we have lost power and several sections caught fire. It looked like dooms day and the ships alarm went online: Hull breach, abandon ship; hull breach, abandon ship It was a question of time before it blows up and the only route to our escape pods was cut off. My father reacted quickly, he pressed on several buttons of the Dagger that I was sitting in and closed the canopy. The engine started to roar, the ship jumped and I bumped my head on the console. The light fighter started to tremble like a wild horse and I a split second I was in space. Looking at the console I saw the message Navigation system online, autopilot online, setting course to Cape Wrath My eyesight was getting red and with a short glimpse I caught the pride of our family how it started to return fire. The defensive turrets jumped online spiting fire on the attacking ships 4 mercenary bombers. Several more distinctive smoke streams draw their deadly lines from mercenary bombers towards my home that soon after disappeared in a big flash of light. Then I passed out. Hello young pilot and welcome to Cape Wraith, was a friendly voice of the base pilot named Giancarlo that put me back into life. It was also the same friendly voice that took me under his wings for several years and taught me everything I know today. It was just one month ago when I have heard about a formation of a new Cali combat squadron in Tau 23 for the first time and its being equipped with the advanced Daggers, also called The Scimitair. Well, I said to myself I want to try this ship, so I reported at Cali station. Introduction to Cali Combat Squadron The [CCS] - Dejavu - 02-13-2009 This sounds like a great idea, well done Weedalot!:) Introduction to Cali Combat Squadron The [CCS] - swift - 02-13-2009 Speaking of this, where have all of you gone to? I haven't seen a CCS in a long time.. Introduction to Cali Combat Squadron The [CCS] - Weedalot - 02-13-2009 ' Wrote:Speaking of this, where have all of you gone to?You see most of the CCS were newcomers. they were looking for home. now after they got over pwned by GB's and a big BS while they are flying in light fighters and this keept on going for a whole week the decided that this is stupid, "Why cant we use big ships" "Why are we getting pwned so hard" So you can smile knowing you helped to this situation. Another thing is. I dont think that i should do all the leadership work while Ceoran registered as leader as well. If he wants to see a faction that doing well and not dieing he should be more active himself(posting on the forums is not enough). And one more thing.... Its is only a little setback. When Ceoran decides if he is with us or he left the CCS to fiht its own war in tau-23 i will recruit new members and will be more CCS active. =CR= is a faction that have numbers. i would like to remind you that when your members setting up you asked us to step away. When our starflee's were passing in tau-23 you broke rules to kill them (2 times but still 2 times too many). Now if this : Quote:Speaking of this, where have all of you gone to?was a sarcastic remark you should be proud of yourself. oh and if you don't want the CCS in tau-23 don't whine after you get outnumbered by outcasts anywhere else. You do the same to us, i have talked to you and did ask you lets both have fun and play fair. took you 1 month to go back to the starting point when you bring a fleet to fight a single or pair of light fighters. So..... I wouldn't want to any new member joining to get killed every time he logs by a GB while he is just a light fighter and might be new which means he is not such a good pilot. When i encounter your pilots one on one and the are close to die you come out of nowhere in group of 6 to help while he is running away. this is all cool but in that case do not come running to admins while a fleet of caps coming to fight you... cant you put a fight? cant you protect your home? or you fight only when you know that you will win for sure or when you get too bored and go to alpha with 6 people and whine that 10 outcasts outnumbered you. Introduction to Cali Combat Squadron The [CCS] - swift - 02-13-2009 Okay, I would not even dignify this shrapnel and turd flinging with an answer usually, but I really cannot help but to do it. Weed, you never were a player that has respect for others. You were, and are a hothead. You accused us of something you did not witness, and did not happen like you said. You flame me, after I just simply ask where have you gone. I want more fun in the Taus. Also, leave CCS leadership issues out of this, that does not concern me. I, unlike some, consider Freelancer a game, however awesome it may be. I do NOT want anyone to leave, be it an enemy or friend. Furthermore, there are a LOT of enemy players that I respect, and am friends with. It does not matter to me. Note: You are not an Outcast. I am not a Colonial. We are people. Trying to have fun. Keep it in mind. Keep in mind that people have feelings, pride, a sense of fair play and comradeship. I could also mention certain things you did, but I will not stoop so low as to try to create a trial by forum against someone. You, and you alone, with your hostile attitude, have driven people out of CCS. Ceoran is a splendid fellow, if I may say, and I wish he had his reigns on you, so you do not go around and slander people. It is ironic, also, that you accuse the Colonial Remnant of cap abuse, while we almost never use our capital ships, for obvious reasons and some reasons I will not go into. It seems that my wish for cooperation was a blatant waste of my time. You, sir, need to calm down. Step away, and think about what you are doing. Now, I could formulate a hefty response to your cheeky post there, but I will not, simply because I do not see the need to discuss things with someone that goes about his way, spewing insults, and not listening to reason. Good day, sir. I hope you turn yourself around one day, and just have fun along with everyone else on the server. I just do hope Ceoran sees that CCS has potential to be a quality player faction, and establishes authority over the likes of you. Now, I was tempted to spew out a lot of insults here, but I refrained myself, by some wonder. Introduction to Cali Combat Squadron The [CCS] - Weedalot - 02-13-2009 you claim that i have no respect and i am hot headed and this is not an insult. This is a game and i was the one who talked to you about fair game when the situation between OC and =CR= Was very unfriendly. you probably forgot all that. You also say i blame you , and you are right i didn't drive anyone out. but people do not like being over killed. in a game that is. its not that fun. And did you had fun when you couldn't undock from your own base? i am sure not so do not do it to the CCS and later say i am hot headed. This is irritating to undock and find yourself 1 k away from swarm of =CR=. you also say you dont concern with internal issues but you do say that there is someone that needs to lead this. specially when he is not here. well we are inactive because i stoped doing anything for the CCS for 2 weeks and you see the results. Now you Sir. Need to consider other players/Factions in here forming up. We give you the room when you have recruit i ask the same. If you like to fight while we are setting up. You can always go to alpha there are many players to fight there. We can have fun. You say that i am that and the other. Well its your opinion. you can have one. I never said any personal stuff about you and i shouldn't i don't know you i just know what you do in game. Oh and yes i was there when you brought all those GB's and the BS and yes this week i was fighting 3 night in a raw against a GB while i was in a light fighetr his answer was get a bigger ship. Introduction to Cali Combat Squadron The [CCS] - swift - 02-13-2009 Goodbye, sir. |
