A rough day in New Berlin today.
New Berlin was attacked by a Junker named {Helghast}(a-vfh)-Olsav. And a Hacker named Perseus.
I was assisted by a member of the Rheinland Federal Police named Franz Eberly.
Before I arrived at New Berlin. Franz ship was damaged by the Hacker, Perseus ( 1 death ). Then I arrived.
The Junker was destroyed after 15 seconds of combat. After his death, we engaged the Hacker. The Hacker was flying a Outcast Destroyer. Its shield was taken down 3/4 then he fled.
The Hacker repeatedly entered range of New Berlin and ran off just the same for around 20 minutes.
After the Hacker left the hostilities ended.
FOR RHEINLAND!

This is Bomber pilot Axel Topf reporting in! Today, me and several comrades, Freelamen, Hiltraud, and Nowtony, patrolled the area of New Berlin and made a run into Honshu space to get some supplies for Hiltraud. We encountered several Junkers but we decided to keep the peace in Kusari Space and we let them go. We have reasons to believe the Junkers were ammasing at Yanagi Depot, and we set up defenses around the Sigma 13 Jump hole, but nothing became of it.
Patrol was Successful!

Geliebter Sieg was resupplying at Planet New Berlin when Corsair Pilot Elioss exited the Jump lane from the Frankfurt system. Upon being order to leave the system Elioss opened fire. After a brief exchange of fire a second fighter transmitting a Spa and Cruise ID attacked and destroyed Elioss' fighter with a missle salvo then imedeatly engaged his cruies engines and left the area.
In hopes of acknowledging this pilots aid I ordered a closer inspection of our sensor log. However doing so revealed a hidden transponder signal indicating that this ship was piloted by Nikos, another corsair pilot.

Both pilots returned to Planet New Berlin this time as comrads in arms and proceded to attack the Geliebter Sieg. Although their combined strength was no match for the firepower of the cruiser, The fighters' superior menuverablity allowed them to evaid my gunners fire resulting in a stale mate. We might have continued in this manner indefinately except that Liberty Navy Pilot Joe Davis arrived on the scene and quickly neutralized both corsairs.
