ID: Mark O'Dare Location: Planet Curacao orbit, Cortez system To: All Employees Encryption: Trident Subject: Introduction and first voyage Greetings! First of all, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mark O'Dare and I am your new colleague. It was really nice to see everyone is kind and wished me a warm welcome. I've already acquired an "Enterprise" Luxury Liner and I started doing my work. I finished my first voyage around some dangerous parts of Sirius, yesterday, and I can say that it was a blast. Way different from trading cargo. Everyone onboard was happy and surprisingly no complains. Closing to my first stop, I encountered a Junker ship. It was an Outcast battletransort class, but its captain was really nice. I had a good chat with him. As soon as my ship is refueled, I will be departing for another trip. I have attached the flight log to this message.

He picked up a handful of tablets on his desk in a flourish as well. "and when are we going to work on making these reports easier to file a claim with insurance with!"

![]() ID: Jonathan Seabourne Location: OS&C|Breezewood, Planet Curacao, Cortez To: Jim Hammond, Captain Tierra del Fuego Subject: An Odd Exchange Jim, Glad you made it through in one piece. As for running through Gallia, it wouldn't be the first time Breezewood's chanced a run through a Gallic Warzone. For a while there, we offered regular passenger service between Leeds and New London, even if we needed puddlejumpers to complete the last leg. Not a lot of traffic on the return trip, oddly enough.
More importantly, I'm curious to know why a pirate of all people would care about Orbital pushing through to Gallia? Do they think we're collaborators or traitors or something, or just foolhardy? I wanted to provide you a further update with regards to Orbitals Further Reach program. Firstly, with the acquisition of the liner complete we have reached out to our partners at DSE and secured a deal to have the main reactor refitted to provide the necessary amount of power to run the liner at peak capacity. Furthermore with with the refit well under way and internal renovations we have set up a Ship History Page and of course a Ship Specifications Page. With an exclusive first look at onboard amenities, although not all passenger accommodations have fully been completed as of yet. I suspect we are still well on our way to having a fully functional addition to our edge world service. ![]() Encryption: Medium Priority: Medium ID: Stan Stone Location: Riviera Resort Access: All Employees Subject: First report Greetings! I am submitting my first report from my first three shifts. All of them were quite uneventful, so my summary will be brief. My very first shift in the OS&C ranks took me to Gallia with the ship ONE-Agatha. I left planet Curacao with a load of tea which I delivered to Halifax Freeport in Leeds. Then I continued to Holman Outpost in Tau-31 where we loaded kyushu rice to keep the transfer to the Gallia economical. Cargo was safely delivered to Planet New Paris, Saint-Denis docking point and on my way there I met with another company ship ONE-Aikon. Then we both made two trips to Maintenon Shipyard for Hull Segments. After successful delivery to Riviera Resort, we both called it a day and with our crews headed for some rest. On the second shift, I was in charge of acquiring some materials for Riviera aboard the ONE-Oceania. On the way, we also took some other cargo to keep the ship filled. Round trip to Picardy, Orleanais and Burgundy systems and back to Ile-de-France with four stops went smooth. The third shift with ONE-Agatha again was pure procurement run for materials for Riviera Resort upgrade. During all five rounds no event worth mentioning happened. ![]() Encryption: Low Priority: High (Note: Not really) ID: Stan Stone Location: Riviera Resort Access: All Employees aboard Shetland and Riviera Subject: Free drinks! Hello everyone! Most of you who read this message probably do not even know me, because I work for the OSC literally just a week. So let me introduce myself first - my name is Stan Stone and I work as a pilot and captain. I also got to be the guy who won the Stage Two of the Community Culture Rally which is organized by the company, precisely by James Blackwood, and which took place at Shetland luxury liner. And those who watched the show on the company network know that it brought me some nice load of credits because the stage was sponsored generously by Bowex. But you did not open this message to get bragging of some weirdly old trainee, but for the free booze from the subject, am I right? So, it´s simple. I did not have much time to celebrate because I had long travel back to Gallia ahead, so drinking all night was out of the question. I paid a few beers and gin rounds in the Shetland bar but it would be a disgrace to call it celebration or party, especially when it comes to OSC standards about which I heard some incredible stories already. So, as a compromise, I left several paid beer kegs and some crates of gin at the bartender on Shetland, all you need to do is show him your company ID and then drink all you want and party "the OSC style". For those who are or will be aboard Riviera, where I am located these days mostly, by tomorrow evening, you are invited to the party in the crew dining room. Free beer, wine and even a few bottles of gin I brought from Bretonia on the way will be ready there to compensate the bragging you had to endure in this message and will have to endure there. Because did I tell you that I just won the Stage Two of the Community Culture Rally which is organized by the company?! Just kidding, you are free to ignore me the whole evening... *winks* See you! ID: Cpt. Theobald FranklinLocation: Freeport 1, Omega-3 System To: Johnathan Seabourne Subject: Update Reverie Repairs Greetings Johnathan! I have an update on Reverie’s current situation for you.
After discussing with Commandant Ian Howler of the Junker Congress, we agreed to let them work on her. They do not charge for the labor, but only for the parts, which we buy from them at their prices. Thus we save really a lot of money. Labor is the prime reason for repairing costs being high. Additionally we save a lot of time, since she will be repaired at Freeport 1 and we do not need to tow her to any other shipyard. I don’t know if she wouldn’t fall apart when we move her again, so its better if we leave her where she is. However, we have some other real problems. The main computer will need to be replaced and completely rebuild. And the core needs to be changed. Both tasks are possible for the junkers. What really gives me a headache are the engines. They are completely destroyed and need to be replaced. I contacted Renzu Corporation for this and they answered quiet fast. They would replace them, but at a cost of 300 Million Sirian Credits; additionally to what the Junkers will present as their bill. I find the price impertinently high, considering that two thirds of it is for their engineering team. As you know, a complete brand new Shukensha Liner comes at roughly 400 Million, interior outfit included. Commandant Howler made an interesting proposition. He offered to use some other engines, not made by Renzu Corporation. I guess he would tailor them specifically for Reverie, make them reliable and durable, and I am sure at a much lower cost. It would change the looks of the Reverie significantly, although make her unique in the fleet, if the Junkers are able at adapting the engines as they are saying they are. I am inclined to take up on his offer, but I wanted to know, what you think and if you would approve such a rather radical change at all. Best regards, Cpt. Theobald Franklin OS&C|Reverie P.S.: By the way, I guess if we paid the Junker Congress 300 Millions, they would completely disassemble the Liner, polish every last screw and put her back together, intact and ready to fly. > > > > Closing Transmission < < < <

![]() ID: Jonathan Seabourne Location: OS&C|Breezewood, Planet Curacao, Cortez To: Captain Theobald Franklin, OS&C Reverie Subject: Hells Yeah! Greetings Theo, I've never been a huge fan of the Renzu liners. Too new, too shiny, not enough charm and story to them. And paying 75% of a new ship to replace engines makes as much sense as replacing the transmission on a 20 year old beater of a car. If the junkers can do it on the cheap and give you some unique flare, I am all for it. Every ship in the luxury fleet should have something unique to it. Just make sure you verify the Junkers' work before taking on passengers. While no one doubts that they could get a washing machine to fly if given enough time and duck tape, they have been known to be... overconfident in their skills.
