I am attaching the same situation's report which I submitted to Liberty's Bounty Board. I hope that can clear up such things. Because being targeted by 1 Roc, 1 Sabre, 1 Tridente and 1 RA-4 Gunboat is not at all enjoyable. The backup arrived after what seemed to be an eternity under those criminals' fire and only then, with my help at pinning down Gunboats in place and allowing Liberty Navy Cruiser to close in distance, we managed to eliminate 3 out of 4 hostile targets. My ship in the end got blown up. And to be honest, if you refuse to pay for it and even suspend contract, I would be greatly insulted for risking my own life in attempt to eliminate dangerous criminals and deliver the -optional- message, which I was already delivering in most cases.

I hope you will recondsider this issue. Since, well, I might lose my valuable job because of this. Which might not be bad for me, but bad for those unlucky transports who I manage to save. You can never know which one will be covered by IC's insurance or working for IC and cause profit loss.
