Greetings,
It is perplexing finding a AW-Tyrfing within the Colorado system, but just thought on a trading mission or some such. However, to my surprise, he was gunning for me, me?! Can you believe it!, and in a Rheinland Gunboat. At least that part of the accord was held to by your overzealous pilot. I Have included video on the aftermath, as ya can see the bugger brought my hull to less than 50%, and of our little conversation. He was a rather discourteous fellow.
Overall, just wondering is this an isolated incident?

Here is what happened. If people will believe in me or not, that is my version of the story:
As you probably known, to join the AW you have to get three bribes: one with the outcasts and two with the zoners of Freeport 10 (one of these two offered by a outcast npc). When you get the outcast bribe two kusari companies go hostile with you, and these are Samura and Kishiro.
I was going to Kusari Space in hope to correct this in a diplomatic mission. But when I saw the movements of OsoRojo in the chat screen, going from Honshu to Shikoku and then entering Galileo when I was already there, I decided to retreat back to Colorado after a short and gently chat with him.
When I was on the orbit of Denver, the kusari transports arrived, and called the local forces to engage me, and was a chaos. There was a dreadnought patrol near, and I started to shot missiles in the fighters. Unfortunately, one of my shots got in the trade lane where OsoRojo was entering with his fighter. Also one or two missiles hitted him by accident, and he turned to engage me. I engaged him, as I dont had choice, and we had a quick chat after he entered in cruise speed. I known that, whatever I say to a SA officer, they will say that Im wrong, so I stated to him to his officers do not attack me. He thought was a previous incident, but in fact is because there was a high presence of the SA in Tetha in the last two days and that is frightening me, and they are not passing with gunboats, but with battleships. And the reports about the corsairs offering technology to the SA turns the situation worse.
As you can see in the image below during the engagement, there are lots of npcs going after me. He is white because Im neutral with liberty, the npcs are red because of a request by the kishiro transports near. You can see I was starting to pursue him, as he hitted cruise.

After that I retreated to New York, and the same thing happened again at the orbit of Manhattan, with the stupid transports calling the local forces to attack me.
I apologize for the mistake and I hope this will be regarded as a incident.

The Tyrfing and SA have given their sides of the story, and the SA has failed to prove that the Tyrfing opened fire first with intent to kill or damage. Judging from the kind of reports the SA has made on previous engagements with corporations, ones that were full of half truths and statements that neared lies, I'm fully prepared to see the SA finding this accident and trying to turn it into a way to attack one of our members with their leadership.
Until I have proof that the Tyrfing opened fire with intent to kill or injure, no actions will be taken upon him.
