Earlier today while on Patrol in the New Berlin System Call Sign [RM] Dog Soldier was attacked and nearly destroyed during an unprovoked attacked by BDR D4adpool. This previously unseen callsign did not hail nor was he hailed but proceeded to attack without cause. Intelligence checks on the BDR show that they have no listed affiliations or agressions and with this in mind and their obvious 'shoot first ask questions later' policy they should be regarded as dangerous and extremely hostile.

Helghast Hunter, a Corsair Gunboat, entered New Berlin and engaged [IND]Jay.Simon.
Blaumax and I picked up the Helghast on medium range scanners at Bonn Station.
We moved in and engaged the target. Hunter began to move away from Bonn Station and then made the mistake of flying near Battleship Strausberg.
At that point the target was destroyed.
We thanked the IND for the help and continued on patrol.

Gevera, was once again found in New Berlin and was docked on the Planet. Target was forced to leave, refused many times and was almost destroyed until he finally left.
Archelon, was caught pirating Gevera in New Berlin... Yes he might of been attacking our enemy... But it was still an act of piracy.
AdmSirRed, has been set to my watch and possible KoS for refusing to respond to hails and insulting Rheinland Military. Still waiting apon RMHC to authorize this.
LSF, was found in New Berlin, reason is still unknown to me as I had bigger fish to fry. Though they still did help with Archelon.

Sir,
Patrolling the area of New Berlin jump gate to Hamburg I encountered NovaPG-Die-Hard earlier today. Fire was exchanged and his craft ID's as a Raven Claw. We were an even match although my shields were being drained far faster than his seemed to be. I was fortunate to be able to call for the assitance of IND-Stuart-Payne who was in the area at the time. Even with the two of us the Claw was a fast craft turning and evading but tactically he could not out manouvre with two of us and he paid the price for the incursion, with his life.
I would like to commend the valiance of IND-Stuart-Payne for his assistance on this occassion and look forward to the day when I can repay this debt I owe him.
