im sorry to inform you that your word alone does not count as evidence. I do not doubt the fact that you might be right, but guillano isnt known for taking rash decisions.
Notice to everone else
If you feel like a member of the Black Sails has violated the server rules, it would be much appreciated if you bring evidence in the form of un-edited images or videos.In order for us to take such accusations seriously, we need solid un-questionable proof, with timestamp, or else its just another "your word, vs his word", and those situations put us within the HQ in a rather uncomfortable situation as to how to deal with it.
We cannot be sure this aint just someone whining over being killed, or if something illegal has happened without evidence. Accusations against individuals without evidence only serve to pissing off someone, most likely the accused.
So for future reference, the Black Sails HQ would like to remind people that if you think or know a server rule has been broken, please forward evidence to either myself, Berny or Vito.

It was a mistake to use may Sails char but at least I draw your attention.
You have answered a post by me regarding blowing up staions for nothing with a in Germany banned video. Thats by i need some advice on this.
Now you drag a private conversation into the public blaming not only the player but also the whole faction.
