Da, da, I figured it wouldn't be easy digesting that sermon...
Honestly? My pop is on his last days... As much as he'd rather tell ya, however, he wasn't exactly the best pilot or one of best prestige. What's more, on the last nineteen years we haven't seen as much as a commie flag anywhere near us.
So, if yer asking for a signed treaty, that's... that's hard. I am not used going anywhere near them just to see if I get shot at. I'd preffer to believe they forgot my old one, considered him mia or kia or however them folks call it. And zat's not even sad! If it's what it takes though, I could ask him to contact some old folks and see how it goes from there.
But being frank? I fear he'd just depart to close the issue.

I was born on planet Pennsylvania. My parents were both workers for Cryer Pharmaceuticals.
My mother died of a rare illness when I was very young. I have no memory of her other than photos.
My father retired from Cryer about that same time and went to DSE for some mining business.
I was therefore pratically raised with a miner father.
I eventually learned about mining practices and saw my future as being a DSE Miner too.
In an attack from Outcasts and Liberty Rogues on a small DSE mining operation where my father was located, some ships were destroyed and his was heavily damaged, leaving him and some other survivors crippled.
Having little or no support from health insurances from DSE services, alledgelly due to the Nomad Infiltration wars on 800 AS, he soon left DSE with some of the crippled survivors of the attack with a grudge for the company. We soon became friends with these survivors and witness to the bad treatment Liberty Companies do to their workers (adding to a grudge my father always had for Cryer after my mom's death).
Most of these friends went to other houses or into independent business.
My father stayed on the mining business, however his handicap severely impacted his working skills.
With the help of some friends, he was eventually taken care of and I could become independent of my own.
As the years gone by, with new mining grounds being discovered, we tried to get to these new mining grounds.
Harassment from House Mining corporations became a constant, including threats of sabotage in some extreme cases.
My father's grudge for DSE became even more reinforced as I too experienced the blackmailing and backstab strategies used by big business corporations to completely monopolize business and deny any rightful healthy treatment.
Eventually I heard about a newly discovered comet passing through Omega-3 and how good it would be to harvest some of its dust.
I immediatly left Liberty to learn more about this comet. As I passed Bretonia, fear raised as I heard rumors about Gallia invasion and rampant pirate activity. I had never gone out of Liberty before, and this was trully a needed fear-challenging "adventure" if I wanted to get away from Big Business harassment and propery thrive in the mining business. My first encounters with Corsairs in Bretonia space were pretty smooth. My miner fighter looked more like a piece of explosive junk than anything and they pretty much stayed away from me.
I eventually reached Omega-3 and learned one of my father's friends became IMG.
After getting an Annapurna with his help, I managed to find the Omega-3 comet and harvested it for a while.
Pirate threats became increasing and I knew I had to get a better ship.
I eventually learned some new flight paths and having dogded many pirates, the threat now came from House Mining corporations, mainly DSE.
After a sabotage that nearly left my Annapurna drifting aimlessly near California Minor I decided to take a loan and buy myself a fully equiped Hegemon Miner and a good crew.
Friends sympathetic with the IMG helped me get a trustworthy crew and suggested I joined the IMG.
My fair treatment and having emergency oxygen, food rations and even some entertainment and protection goods on the ship at all times assured my team's loyalty (protection to hears is an obvious must due to the Hegemon's insane machinery noise).
I named my Miner "Lithovore" as we eventually thrive by devouring rocks!
Knowing that main IMG Operations are on the Taus, my fear for the Outcast and Gallia made me hesitate joining the IMG.
I went for other Houses' space to sell some of our ore, while exploring other mining grounds outside of Liberty. Further threats, blackmails, attempts of bribery on my crew and sabotage on my ship were made.
My discontempt for big house corporations in general grew even more as I witnessed that the low-level strategies that plague Liberty Corporations are also present on other Houses.
My confidence on my team, however, boosted as they never once accepted any bribes or proposals to work on other corporations and always thwarted any sabotage attempts.
My discontempt for police forces also knew a new high as police forces repeatidly dismissed or ignored our claims of illegal activity from corporations and attempts to disrupt our living.
To face these and pirate threats, I eventually rigged my Miner with heavy armor, shielding and weaponry and successfully thwarted most pirating attempts, thanks to my crew's loyalty and team spirit.
In extreme cases where no escape is possible from pirate raiding, I will always try to make an arrangement and spare my ship and crew's lifes. Cargo can always be replaced, this crew cannot.
I felt ready for joining the IMG as me and my crew resonate to their own Ideals and have a general disdain for House Corporations and authority forces.

I share the same general views as the guild. Independence, better profit while being fair and good treatment and specially tired of big house corporation corruption and savage capitalism. I also feel that IMG can trully appreciate some generous behaviour instead of trying to take advantage of it.

Born and raised on Planed Kyushu, I am the second son of Hodaka and Saiko. My family is in business servicing rice farming machinery for several generations. My childhood was a happy and peaceful one. I was given freedom and enjoyed the best a life in the countryside could offer. Back then life seemed filled with endless possibilities. My favorite pastimes included tinkering with and modifying machinery as well as roaming the vast lands surrounding my home town with friends. The smell of fertilizer always brings back those days.
As a teen, between school and work in my dads’ shop I could not find much time for anything else. However, a quiet Kyushu farming life soon started to bore me, but I sought to satisfy my adventurous spirit. My greatest wish was to join my uncle Kiyoshi on his ship “Tanpopo” and embark on one of his famous journeys. He always brought souvenirs he had picked up from far regions of space and the stories of his enterprises had captivated me for a long time. So I devoted myself to studies completely, knowing I had to prepare myself if I had a hope in hell of surviving beyond our cozy little planet.
I understood that more money lies in trading rice than cultivating it and interspace commerce became a natural attraction for me. My uncle was a Samura employee, known for his knack of getting good trading deals. He encouraged me on my career choice and when I turned 18, I was allowed to accompany him on his ship. He became my mentor and we shared a very strong bond. I joined him for many journeys, gaining in experience. Uncle Kiyoshi even let me pilot the ship and I learned from him greatly, the experience helped me in securing my school diploma afterwards (picture: me before my pilot exam). After Graduation I acquired a small transport vessel: a freighter type 21F "Drone". I wanted to earn my living and wealth with my own strength, but it was not easy at first; however, I managed to keep a favorable balance, trading rice and other necessary commodities. Doing, what I thought for me was, exceptionally well, after a few years I had gained sizeable wealth, providing for my family whenever they asked.
Soon after I turned 23, while en route to New Tokyo, my ship laden with rice, I received a message from home, saying my uncle had been a part of a fleet who had encountered with an unknown enemy, however there were signs of the GC involvement. The Samura officials were refusing any information regarding the incident. Although I cannot confirm my suspicions, I hold them in a large part responsible for the incident and am convinced of a darker side of their group. Only 2 of the 16 ships in his fleet returned. Those who managed to escape knew nothing of the fates of their comrades. A search party was launched to where many of the ships were shot down: Hokkaido system, for which I volunteered. I spent several weeks trying to find any sign of my uncles’ possible escape, spend nearly all my money bribing cooperation officials and different groups’ agents for any relevant information about his capture or death, but my attempts were futile.
My uncles’ wish was for me to become my own man, work hard and not get involved with power-hungry corporations. I find it my duty to him, and also to myself, to conduct myself in a manner that would make him proud. Later I found out that in his will he had left me with a large amount of credits. I was now able to ply further with my trade goods, but growing ever wiser; I cannot help but feel that I had luck to thank for my success as a trader. Realizing ever so better the dangers of space, I knew I had to, for my and the sake of my family, find a way to make life safer in this often hostile space. I started looking for like-minded people free of the constantly present corruption. The IMG stood out from the rest and had a reputation for hard work and fair policy.

Biography: Uh…let me… *scrambles through various datapads*…there it is!!.
I was born and raised on Planet New Paris, My father Persival Ulliel was a xeno-Archaeologist who worked for the crown on Melun Research Institution on Ile-De-France, My mother was a Xeno-Psychologist working on the same station. My birth crippled my mother’s career. So she always sort of disliked me. Even with my special intellect. (I.Q. 170).
I finished School Instruction at the age of 7. My first Bachelor Degree was at the age of 12 and my Master Degree On Xeno-Archaelogy. Finally my Xeno-Biotechnology Ph.D came at the age of 17.
I served my Military service on the Gallic Royal Navy as any young man on Gallia.(on war Period) There I learned Spaceflight. Nothing more of notice.
I worked on the same field as my father on Melun Research Institution for 3 years. Then. I realized…that wasn’t the life I wanted. I am a scientist. Y may be young. But I was way more intelligent than any other so-called researchers on that station. I wasn’t even able to have my own research on the field. As every singe operation was controlled by the crown. So were the scientists. I am no puppet…

Which leaves the politics out giving the guild the only responsibility of not interfere with other House-Affiliated corporations.
What can you contribute while inside the Guild? : My immediate contribution will be Transport And Trading. As I am on possession of a Stork Train, the Renegat II. Later on. I can acquire a mining vessel so I can Work for the Mining Department.

I tried with the GMG, but they didn’t accepted me. (Primary reason of my Non-Ferrous prospection M.D.) I would like to be part of the IMG as a whole. My studies on the field give me that advantage (at leas that’s what I think).
