Someone explained your recruitment is not open but that is okay, i want my person to be coalition though, a doctor, can I roleplay coalition doctor even though it's not open?
I want to make a story about him and someone said you would shoot me if i went into coalition space, that is okay, I will stay away in the game, can I write stories though?

You can, however, try and apply for a Coalition Visa at the channel above. There is no guarantee of you getting one (and a high probability of not getting one), but you can always try.
If you do apply and dont' get one though, we'll still shoot you.

If so, the answer is a no.
Wait for recruitment to open in the future and apply like everyone else.
That is not to discourage you, but rather to encourage you to work hard on the server, to RP with our allies and with us when you see us.
Good RP is always rewarded. Just be patient.
