Description of report: While I was on patrol from Fort bush to Norfolk, I stumbled upon a Freelancer named Venture.Capital, who got caught earlier smuggling Black Market Arms. Admiral Tanner , Fleet Admiral Creed and Captain Lex chased him, but he managed to flee somehow and avoid the fine that was requested to be paid. Non the less I tried to stop him , he would not have it activated his cruise engine and was constantly taunting and firing countermeasures to defect my cruise disruptors. As we were playing cat and mouse, he purposely lured me to his wing man a Junker flying a Raven's talon named Nana.vapour , who instantly disrupted my cruise engines and let off a few shots and stopped. I warned the Junker to not do that as she is interfering, she would not listen. As I tried to activate my cruise engine again she. I came to the conclusion that those two were working together as it also showed that they were grouped up, after the 3rd warning I engaged Junker- Nana.vapour and successfully eliminated the target, however the freelancer escaped.

Description of report: TARGET :Coca.de.Naranja | VESSEL : Titanic Heavy Tanker

After a previous encounter with this individual, where 46th|Delta-1 was put out of action after this clearly idiotic individual has no concern for his own safety let alone safety for others, and is a continued smuggler within Liberty.

We stopped him after he had previously docked at Manhatten and proceeded to undock as the three of us arrived at the Planet. he was immediately stopped and told that he was due to pay a 10 million credits fine for disabling a very expensive piece of military hardware. As expected ,he basically had no intention of paying the fine and payed 100.000 Credits, which basically was just not acceptable.

He refused to pay and immediately docked again at Manhatten, then after a few minutes he appeared again, so that is when we promptly informed him he was to be disabled, and we proceeded to engage this individual for

1st .. Non compliance the first time and evading an officer

2nd .. For disabling Delta-1 after he docked at Manhatten full of Atifacts

3rd .. Another confrontation and non compliance.

After the vessel was disabled I am recommending we keep an eye on this individual and if he persists to smuggle we will take further action and sort it out a different way.

Description of report: Fleet Admiral James Horatio Creed issued a patrol mission through NY, so me and the Admiral flying on his iconic ship tagged 46th|J.Creed started our patrol at West Point Academy. Just before we started we encountered a Junker named Jukin Johnson tag: Junkers-Jukin.Johnson, both me and the admiral scanned the ship seem to be clear and everything in order so we proceeded to Norfolk and from there to Fort Bush. As we approached Fort Bush, we encountered the Junker yet again but this time with 4300 Slaves on board his vessel. I immediately and effectively disrupted his cruise engines and shut down the trade lane as he was trying to escape. The Admiral issued a warning that he is carrying unlawful Slaves and that he needs to take them to Pittsburgh. He refused, also saying that they are not slaves and how much he paid for them such and such. Salt lake station requested the Admiral to dock immediately as some urgent business required his attention so he entrusted the Junker to me. I politly asked the Junker to hand over the slaves to Pittsburg, he refused. As the Tomahawk approached, the Junker started to flee, activated his cruise engine which I disrupted again, he proceeded to thrust through the field screaming that he will never hand them over, after being warned countless time and him trying to flee to Rochester junker base, I opened fire. Which he kindly returned and in full force, gladly the Tomahawk was in bound to assist me, as Jukin Johnson fired on me so did his fellow comrade Venus Sands tagged Junker-Venus.Sands. We had no quarrel with Venus whatsoever yet he attacked me full force and we had to eliminate him as well. Non the less both enemy target were eliminated big thanks to our Tomahawk and the slaves returned to Pittsburgh.

Description of report: Vice Admiral Smith and I were on patrol duties, patrolling around New York, Pennsylvania, Texas. We stumbled upon a Freelancer flying a transport vessel marked - CRS_Totopheuh. We immediately stopped the transport and scanned his cargo, which to our surprise we found 2000 xeno relics in his hold. The Freelancer was very cooperative, he jettisoned the cargo and paid the fine of 250.000 SC issued by none other than our very own Vice Admiral. He also said the "spanish" guys are mining xeno relics , so we must be prepared for more smugglers coming in to Liberty.

Description of report: A New Dawn was on patrol around the New York system, when we had arrived at Fort Bush an Outcast Battleship by the name of The GS|MNS-Castrovillari along with a Rogue VHF under the designation Boris Breaker were less that 15 k from Fort Bush, they immediately were hostile and were charging weapons, by this point I sent out a system wide message for backup to which LSF-Whitewing had responded. The outcast Battleship had opened fire first where I then responded in kind. Whitewing showed and immediately engaged the rogue pilot giving me time to focus on the enemy battleship. Partway through the battle Whitewing had suffered a loadout malfunction but was able to eject in time for me to recover while still engaging the Battleship. towards the end of the fight the rogue VHF had gotten too close to my guns and I was able to shoot it down. After another short period of fire I was then able to sink the Battleship as well then made my way back to Fort Bush for repairs

Recommendations: My recommendation would be to increase patrols around Fort Bush the amount of outcast ships in that sector seems to be increasing regularly and it is concerning.

Description of report: Destruction of a AI

Recommendations: Declare this AI Hostile to be shoot on sight.

Today I was on Station in the New York System with 46th|Dayvon.Bennet the Ai Cruiser *Kanna* appeared as we were in Orbit of Manhattan. we could see that the AI ship took the Trade Lane to Detroit Munitions. as we Arived at the Station, we saw that it was Realy Close to the Station and it seemed to Steal Data from it. as the AI had helped Ensign Bennet before I was willing to give the AI more chances to Comply than I normally would. We offered the AI ship a Database with Publicy Known Historic Data and an Escort out of Liberty Territory. But after the AI didn't Comply with my Orders several Times and then even Tried to Escape into the Pennsylvania System I Gave the Order to Engage and Destroy that AI Cruiser at once after we caught it. in Pennsylvania, we laid a Blokade around the Bethlehem Station after the LSF agent Lloyd.Armstrong informed us that the AI Cruiser had Docked on the Zoner Station. That the Zoners who are within Liberty Teretory show such a Breach of Law is a Matter of Concern to me, but to solve this problem is something that is beyond my Paygrade. I gave orders to Ensign Bennet that he should call for Heavy Backup when this AI shows up again and that it will be Designated as Shoot on Sight until the Admiralty Decides something else. I showed enough Diplomacy and Good Manners towards that AI, but if someone (Ai or Human) Breaks the Law and Refuses to Follow Orders I won't hold back and use any Force Necessary to Protect Liberty.

Description of report: Started of as a standard patrol inside the New York system, We had came across
a Spa and cruise vessel and had it scanned of its contents. The vessel had a Liberty police pod in its cargo, we were making sure it got
safely to the medical bay safety as was halt by Amanda Broucehouse. Next we know after they were let go, a unknown ship was on scanner,
Ensign Broucehouse and I followed him towards Rochester base where he disappeared from our scanner. A bit later we came across Mr.Fixer, an
lane hacker. He was hostile to us and was set on destroying both our ships. We went into combat and the enemy was dealt with and send to Jail
on Manhattan Top security Jails.

Description of report: Me and Dayvon started a standard patrol inside the New York system, We came across a Xeno at Westpoint. He was set to destory the both of us, we asked some assistance and Fleet admiral James Creed come to form up with us. After some time talking the Xeno engaged on Dayvon. Not many moment later A Lane hacker showed up names Mr. Fixer that had some grude feeling for me because I destoyed a ship of his yesterday. At this point Dayvon's ship was almost destoyed and I jumped in to help him out. A couple of seconds later his ship blew up and I managed to save his pod and began combat with the Xeno. I destoyed his ship whilst Creed was holding of the Lane Hacker. I picked up his pod and started to move in to assist Creed. James unfortunately got his ship destoyed but I caught his pod during combat. It was just me and the Laner Hacker now, I dropped some mines that critical damage to him. With one more pass I destoyed his ship and tractored his pod on my ship. I safely to delivered them too Manhattan maximum security prison.
And most importantly Creed and Dayvon were going to the medical bay to examine their wounds.

Description of report: Vice Admiral Kemp-Smith and I went on a patrol to see how I fared on such.
Nothing much happened outside of shooting down some Rogues at the Penn gate in NY and Planet Mojave in California.
Also ran into a Freelancer by the name of Kaiju in orbit of Planet Erie in Penn and sent him greetings. Also ran across two Navy personnel near West Point on the way back to Manhattan taking on some Rogues most likely on assignment.
