Warriors!
Let me say that every one is vital to the Kusari Naval Forces strenght.
Down to the single Shois, future heroes, up to ranked officers and veterans who form the High Command.
Today we are here to reward one of you in particular for distinguishing himself in dangerous combat situations bravely fighting the enemies of Kusari,
showing above average tactical capabilities in roles of command and costant dedication in day-to-day paperworks and affairs.
Daisa Hajime Hiroito is now promoted to Chūjō
He will take charge as the new Kusari Naval Forces Second in Command, position vacant since Chijin's retirement, to help us all in our daily matters
accepting the responsibilities that comes with it.

Lately the KNF High Command has been receiving reports through informal channels regarding dis-honouring acts which would have been commited by pilots associated with the KNF as some civillian pilots as well...
While we will evaluate any evidence brought at our desks I would like to remind everyone who is listening that we fight with honour, and wisdom, most of all.
There is no honour in attacking a small profile ship with a bigger one, there is no honour in overwhelming your opponents 5 to 2.
There no wisdom in creating free troubles to allies and friendlies, for if they turn around you will surely feel their missing support.

[font=Verdana]Greetings members of the Kusari Naval Forces High Command.As Omicron Supply Industries has finished it's move from Freeport 9 in the Omicrons to Freeport 10 in the Taus, we are now looking into supplying Zoner bases and planets - meaning Gran Canaria and Planet Erie - with H-Fuel, as well as possibly IMG bases in our neighbourhood with H-Fuel.
In order to do so in the cases of Zoner and IMG bases in the Taus and Gran Canaria in Omega-49, we would have to move the fuel through the Tau systems and require a multi ship license for OSI tagged vessels, and are ready to send the required cash deposit of 125 million credits.
We will humbly avait your decision in this matter.

Konnichiwa Mr. Reisiger Duke,
I have news regarding your request for an export license for H-fuel to the Taus.
The Gas Miners Guild and Kishiro Technologies has recently stipulated a commercial pact that makes the transportation through Kusari and Liberty of H-Fuel and Plutonium mined from both corporations an exclusive right for Kishiro Technologies.
The Council of the Rising Suns was (and is) actually debating on this matter when your request happened to reach us and unfortunately my increased duties in this period of time are slowering my responses, which is why it took more time than usual for an answer, I apologise.
It is likely that licences for H-Fuel and Plutionium transportation through Kusari (and the Taus) will not be available anymore and previously agreed licences to be exluded to cover these two products if the respective owners wish to keep them.
