I fail to see what's difficult to understand there- There are no specific Wild guns since the Order created the hybrids. (Yes, I know Jinx says they're Wild guns, but they are Order guns.)
Akura asked for guns that were Wild specific. Perhaps the stats he asked for were not to your liking, but it is better to negotiate those parts than to freak out and start throwing monkey droppings.
We are not pursuing any form of vengeance.
Why do some of us use all lasers? Because those people prefer to use a full hullbuster setup.
Why do some of us use Infernos? Because we fight Osirises with fighters.
Chopper- if what Athenian has quoted is what we are soon to be restricted to.. then you'll be fighting even more Katanas. Do you prefer fighting Black Dragons and Karasus? Then you should fight for our right to subvert technologies from all over Kusari, rather than just Blood Dragon and KNF.
"Busted." - We fly the ships we fly, and the admin team have not said that we cannot. We have not been sanctioned for flying the ships we fly. Joe flies with us every now and then, and he has not mentioned it.
"A bit more restrictions" - You propose to restrict us to Katanas and Chimaeras. But you hate Katanas. In fact, Katanas seem to be your single problem in this thread. If we were to use two Daitos and two Nomad lasers/blasters/cannons and two Debilitators, do you think you'd live longer? What if we were to use codenames?
This is not a personal attack. This is not a threat. People have personal preferences in ship setups. I'm not very good with a full hullbuster setup because I miss quite often, which is why I use Debs as well. Other people are more accurate than I am, and they are far more effective with full hullbusters.
Minirazor vs. Inferno: The Inferno consumes more energy per shot and has the same effect on a fighter as the Minirazor- the shield is killed in one shot. It is less effective than a minirazor when the shield is down, because it does very little hull damage.
You seem to be coming from a fighter's point of view, yet you have no problem with us using minirazors even though, against fighters, a minirazor is more effective.
I will repeat: We use infernos because we fight capital ships. Lots of them.
We do not use infernos to show the community it is "wrong to mess" with us.
I think you'd be back here saying that the Aoi should not have Blood Dragon ships at all, because Blood Dragons are our enemies, and besides they'd never let us have them and.. and.. and..
To Athenian: If the admin team want to renegotiate our technology usage, please contact us on skype so we can hash things out.
To chopper: As I mentioned in a previous post, the Discovery Mod General Discussion is a better place to get policy worked out. Or at least, it should be. I hope no one screams at you when you ask for restrictions against the Aoi Iseijin. I hope everyone responding in such a thread will use measured argument and respect that every other person posting is a human being, not the devil.

Many factions fight lots of capital ships, and they use bombers for it. And as far as I know both the BD and KNF have bombers. There's gotta be better reasoning than that. But there isn't. You would use Catamarans if they were still around, just as you're using Infernos and Krakens now.
And talking about stats, the Inferno faster than the Minirazor, thus easier to aim.

You say it is blackmail, I say it is simply what will happen.
If our ship list is restricted, you will find more ships of those types. It's that simple.
Why do the Blood Dragons fly Katanas? Because they can't fly much else. Some of them wanted to fly Chimaeras, but were told no dice. So they fly Katanas.
Is your problem with the ship itself, or the fact that some players have the temerity to use it against you?
It's a ship. There are many like it.
Infernos on fighters- I gave you the reason, it is not an excuse. We use them because we fight capital ships. In that situation an inferno is better than a minirazor. Yes, we could use bombers. Some of us do. Fighters are more fun than bombers though, so we generally prefer to fly them.
Many factions do fight capital ships. The Outcasts often use infernos to fight capital ships. The Corsairs and allies of the Corsairs use Tizona del Cids. Other factions pull out another capital ship. We aren't lolling about with fleets of KuBSs. We're flying fighters with infernos.
Personally, I'd prefer that Infernos were civilian tech and as free to use as minirazors because they add an interesting dynamic to battles.
The Inferno also uses much more energy and so takes longer to recharge. On a Katana this is exacerbated by the low powerplant.

Bucket, you misinterpreted my posts a bit.
I do not have a huge problem with your faction using Katanas.
However, when you mix a Katana with Nomad Lasers and Infernos, you get an OP setup. We can discuss here if the Codenames are better or worse, but there's no point to it, it's a question of personal opinion.
In my opinion even nomad blasters and cannons (600 speed) are better then codename weapons.
I met one of Aoi Isejiin using Katana with Daitos and Mini Razor. And it was cool, I have no objections to it.

Why don't they use 4 Disinfectors and 2 Nomad Blasters? Blasters are sold on your base, they were meant to be used by you. I don't know where you'r getting all the "Order weapon" thing.
And on the other side, Nomad Lasers are LIMBS. They are arms and legs.
Your response to this is "We RP lasers as hybrid guns". Why don't you RP blasters as hybrid guns?
All I'v seen in this thread from your responses translates to "We use those because we want *insert higher speed, higher damage, whatever*."

I don't hate Katanas. I hate full laser inferno Katanas. Put Disinfectors and Blasters on them and you'll see my back on this thread.

Right... Inferno is actually much different then mini razor. You see, Inferno hits shields even in chase fights.
Mini razor has 150 less speed. Inferno also allows you to eat gunboats for your breakfast. Mini razor doesn't.
Inferno also allows you to face multiple opponents, fight defensively and take their shields down with ease, scoring a hit or two after it.

It's your opinion that this discussion is not evolving. However, since Athenian's post about AOI editing their own writeup in order to get ships and guns that were not approved, it has evolved rapidly.
