The memory still gives a good few chuckles even today, that's one thing I can thank you.

ngl that's a pretty legendary event that's still talked about on Discord to this day. Should add it to the mod's timeine on the wiki

Ah, so anti-furry sentiments are still alive after the infamous 2016? As if it was the biggest issue Discovery Freelancer is facing now.
Once again a thread like this has been used to lash on that one guy who got his roleplay denied after years of its actual development and heart put into that - and I don't blame him, especially after he sunk part of his life to Discovery Freelancer. The reward he gets in the end? Being attacked for his doing his thing that hadn't been a problem for years.
It's kind of pathetic. He has been on Discovery longer than most of the people attacking him on this thread.
In the meantime, Elite Dangerous has a player faction revolving around what @SMI-Great.Fox had been roleplaying. Lemme elaborate: an entire faction rolling around human alternation into animal humanoids, approved, included into the game and being even mentioned in the system infocard as a thing. With several hundred active players in it.
Now ask yourselves, how this particular guy threatened you with his roleplay to receive such a hate?

It's all about setting a precedence. The same reason that playing any type of alien aside from a Nomad is a big no-no.
