QV, when the Wraith problem came up, Korrd said as admin, that a pirate group couldn't be restricted to the NPC's area of influence. Therefor, HF can be pirates in Rheinland, Kusari, (And btw there are Lane Hackers in Bretonia as well) and the border worlds.

No, I looked it up, they have a base in Kepler i think or galileo. whatever system doesn't have AMes base. Its one of the 2 pirate bases there. And yes the Lane Hackers r in brentonia (manchester only)* because they have a base right beside it through a jumphole. Same with the rouges and Shukoku.
It does say that the lane hackers are a liberty faction, it says so on the little facion thing when u click on their icon in-game.
