What about the Corsairs?

Its good that if corsairs will get new allies as Gallia and started to attack the bretonians from the other side as they are also at war with Brets..

Corsair House allied with the Gallia, as both of them thinks that Brets & Liberty betrayed them at Sol....

Why the hell is the enemy of your enemy your friend?
it's a frikkin liability and you stare at them with caution. Thats what you do.

Unless Gallia is ready to hand Cambridge to Corsairs there's nothing to talk about. HUZZAH!

Also, forgive me but how is Kusari overrun compared to let's say... Breotnia?
Kusari lost Taus, and they basically lost what they have gained in the war.
Kusari wasn't breached or overly endangered and full scale offensive on Kusari didn't work as planned apparently.
Ha.

Even though Kusari did suck and lose, they did some damage and Gallia would surely ruin themselves by going full on towards Kusari.
So.. No steamrolling.

Hm, ...
at first I thought we had misunderstood each others.
No offence, but reading the rest of your post I see, that we have incompatible opinions.

You know what's the real reason for people, especially older players, increasingly leaving Disco? It's threads like this. Everybody here seems to play to win and bitches when his faction isn't faring as well as he'd like it to. It's everybody wanting the best for himself. Who cares about collaborative RP, about the fact that the player behind the guy losing iRP may still be a winner ooRP, or even such basic things such as, you know, realism and knowing your place in the universe (instead, people want to know when they'll finally get their fscking Battleship or custom shipline handed to them).

You know, I've seen quite a few other roleplaying communities, too. They all have their winning and losing groups, and sometimes, things get heated on their forums. But when the day's over, they're still a community - very much unlike Disco, where we not only have iRP, but also ooRP factions whining and going at each other's throats.
[...]

You got my + on that.
We should learn to accept and respect each others again
including the independents. (Without them, our server would be far less colourful. Have a look at the closed servers.)

Safe flights to you all folks.

They have lost ONE system. In all, the Gauls are going to conquer TWO AND A HALF systems in the new mod version.

What? Why not more? LET the GALLIAns ROCK! Let them do something significant!
In Caesar's words: "Cadere non cedere!"
Which means as much as: "Don't hesitate, just ROCK!"

' Wrote:This is not the whole storyline!
I hope so. Than the devs can still implement the streamrolling thing.
Honestly, I want that. Although I'm not Gallian and I'm not going to play a Gallian.

And also, why do we bother ingame playing while this is obviously browser game? [...]
Uuh?
LoL ... yea...
The sad thing is not the fact that your words contain some truth, but that quite some refuse to see it (or are unable to).

Anyways, I trust in the Devs and the Admins.
It will be fun !!

Actually it means "fall [but] don't desist".;)

QFT.

QFT.
My speaking of Latin has become very fragmentary, so I might be wrong.
Moreover it is nearly impossible to find reliable resources on Latin on the Internet, and regarding the actual thing, the whole Google search is spammed by another adage.
But as I recall "Cadere non Cedere" is a proverb, so you can't translate it directly. The translation that I recall is something like "Don't waste your life with hesitation. Act!"
Disliking to write something wrong I'd be grateful for a further correction.

EDIT:
How to get off topic..... SORRY.
Please PM me.

' Wrote:All sarcasm aside, I don't understand why everyone is complaining about Bretonia. The Kusari-based players should be the ones with the most complaining to do, as their activity will likely plummet with the war finished.
Also, where are the Gaians supposed to go?

I agree with Sina and Mjolnir there, it might actually help Kusari. Furthermore the Kusari corporations will be the only Sirrians to trade with Gallia, hence the amount of traders in Kusari will most likely increase (as long as there are valuable trips of course) which will then again result in more pirates and hence more lawfuls. At least that's how I see it intended to be.

' Wrote:The whole changes are for good ,the only screwed are Kusari( as always), anyway gallia was dead place , kusari was half dead exept Leeds battles, now gallia will be full with raging lolwuts that thinks they will have "the best ships" and kusari will be dead place, If someone wants to buy Kusari BS PM me..

See above. Kusari isn't screwed. Kusari capwhores however might be.

' Wrote:You know what 400 GRN battleship means guys? It's a prefect reason for anyone to get a GRN BS and fly around. It's totally supported by the story line too;)

And that gives any<strike> Bret bombah</strike> Outcast Cutlass pilots just drools.

Fixed that for you.

Furthermore, Clyde. Thank you for suggesting to respect different opinions and right in the next post pitying yourself for other people not being able to see your ultimate truth. Thank you but I don't need that.

Discovery 4.86 Storyline: Tau Conquest - draggor - 05-12-2010

What I honestly am interested in is the fact that the Outcast are now either 1 of 2 things.

Stuck in Omicron Alpha or 2 are going to have to find a way to side with the Nomads in order to help keep the Corsairs and the GRN out of the main systems or try and push against the Gallic Navy to regain some control of the Tau systems.

And if that is the Case then Kusari and possibly the GRN maybe in trouble. Since Nomads and Outcast are friendly to each other not really Allied in most cases since the Nomads hate everyone. That might take some doing.

Ahhh the irony of Outcast Ships with Nomad weapons. That might be a interesting thing to see the treaty of the Corsairs, Outcast and Nomads to try and push against the Gallic Royal Navy.

An that my my 2 Sirius Credits worth.
