I wont cry if rod demotes me and give anyone else the job.
at least. demoting (for example) me wont change anything.
people should not do the work cause they are admirals... they should do it cause they want to do it for the faction.
I also would do it as any other rank.
if people needs to have a "Adm." in front of their charname to do stuff for the faction they are wrong at a admiral seat.

Why is it people can't speak calmly? Why is it necessary to mix insults into your conversation? If this were a debate class, you'd all have failed and been kicked out.
