RE: Phoenix Internal Network - RedEclipse - 02-07-2025

My brethren,

Due to the dramatic events developing rapidly, additional security measures have been taken within Kadesh Orbital City and all of our incoming and outgoing traffic.

All transport ships must be convoyed or armed enough to provide protection, at this point we are going to assist the Order in evacuation of Cairo, as well as Capetown on a residual basis.

While it would be better to evacuate Core crew to Nauru and Order to Akabat, in an emergency Kadesh is well positioned to take in temporary settlers - we have enough resources and provisions to weather the storm. Kadesh defensive perimeter have been strengethen with Lyra wing to ensure stable situation around Palmyra planet.

Fellow colleagues,

A perilous time indeed. My research vessel has just arrived at Kadesh and is standing by, awaiting the call. We've prepared accommodations en route for any personnel we take on and secured lab space to store the databanks for evacuation. May we remain calm and steadfast in this hour—we will see this ordeal through.

RE: Phoenix Internal Network - Alvin - 02-16-2025

Goodday,

Following on from the crisis in Zeta, I am pleased to announce our fleet auxiliary has exceed not only ours, but also other co-habiting groups expectations, by evacuating significant amount of crew along with a good portion of databanks out of the besieged system.

This goes without mention, that our auxiliaries went beyond the means to deliver all Order crew received straight to Dabadoru (Ex.[1] [2] [3]) as requested by their high command as first preference, directly enforcing their position and foothold in the Delta system. Our vessels ferried at least five thousand personnel to the station. This will no doubt significantly boost our allies' presence in the system, and in turn, generate additional patrols and security in the sector and for our Freeport, guarding it for future raids or assaults.

Likewise for the Core, we had evacuated most of their crew to Durban, from their official request for assistance in the eleventh hour. We hope thiswill generate positive relations with the faction, and goodwill for the future cooperation such as our conflict with the Corsairs, currently our common adversary in the Omicrons,

Nonetheless, the situation was dire, with a few of our vessels caught and struck especially in the initial stages of the evacuation. These damages will take time to recover, but our presence were invaluable to all and no doubt our support from other groups will be returned when we find ourselves at time of need.

All,

Despite a rapidly changing political environment, we were able to defend the safety of Livadia Shipyard. A lot of it was chance, but we were lucky to be in the right place at the right time. The Core came after Mars to seek for revenge and it was obvious that the Corsairs were going to take advantage of the confusion and wreak havoc on Zoners and the other groups. We cannot under any circumstance let to repeat Freeport 9 scenario, especially when we are speaking about Livadia.

Although our main fleet was now orbiting the planet Palmyra, defending our home, we were still able to bring out a Lyra defensive wing, more specifically a Hyperion to protect the livadians. We gathered all the capable ships and organized a rendezvous at the shipyard with the Core, where our forces were grouped into one powerful strike fist.

We moved out and a fierce battle ensued. Although we came after the Corsairs, and made it clear to the AI vessels that we would only attack them in self-defense, the Mars unleashed its might on the Hyperion. After that, we had no problems with Artificial Intelligence ships other than the Technocracy falling out of the sky, but those Nomad sympathizers are known threat for us.

Finally, a Vis appeared on radar and our squadron focused on him and rest of Corsairs forces. We managed to break through their ranks and almost disable the Vis, but at the cost of losing our cruiser and damage aboard the Hyperion. To the Corsairs' luck, Hyperion powergrid had overheated because of the gravity anomaly the flagship was dragged in and we were forced to silent our battlestations for a moment. Though that moment was enough for the Vis to run back to Omicron Gamma to heal its wounds.

Nova report in,

We just came from The Ring, New Berlin. Ugh. What a ride it was, I sat my ass off, no enemy activity was seen along the way, unlike our estimate - aside from the excesses towards the end. Considering our escort... Mr. Burton and our new friends went a bit overboard with the "conspiracy". Escorting Valkyries and other Rheinland manufactured ships is more like an expedition to Nomad Worlds rather than a normal convoy to Edge Worlds. So, we started assembling in the orbit of the planet New Berlin, our crew was quite diverse, besides us there were also Rheinland Military, BDM, DHC escort ships and hired Freelancers that Mr. Gunter was talking about. And also a lot of DHC transports with everything needed for Vega.

Nothing much to report, we followed the lower Sigmas as the safest route, and objectively fastest. Also, the possibility of running into a Corsair patrol in the Omegas is much higher than in the Sigmas. Upon arrival at Omicron Theta, we spotted a few Corsairs on our scanners, but all their signatures disappeared momentarily.

As we arrived at Livadia Shipyard and the Daumann Heavy Construction freighters unloaded faster than the others, we decided to escort them to Omicron Delta, why go empty when you can pick up something valuable on the way home? So we headed for Athens Station. Everything went without a hitch, but on the way back we met the Corsairs, as most of the convoy stayed on Livadia.

Our pilots together with Rheinlanders showed that the limit of Corsairs' possession ends somewhere in the atmosphere of Crete.

The battle was fierce, the enemy as usual trying to overwhelm us with the mass of their capital ships. But to our luck, we had enough bombers and gunboats to crush them.

As we escorted our guests out of Omicrons we proceed back to Livadia Shipyard for repairs, without any incident. Couple of armor works and engine calibrations will be enough to get my bomber back in service soon.

Greetings,

Jonathan Cayran reporting.

I bring disturbing news. The 34th—an Order sub-group that once shared our stance on the Corsairs—has reversed course since departing the Vanguard. Whenever Corsair forces appear in their company, the 34th seems eager to flatter Imperio ego, lecturing us and trying to dictate our responses. Such behaviour is unacceptable and suggests, at best, misplaced loyalties and, at worst, Corsair infiltration within the Order.

Until the picture is clearer, I recommend we remain outwardly polite, comply only with directives that are plainly rooted in Order law, document every encounter, and offer assistance to the 34th solely when Nomads are involved.

Recent events illustrate the problem. On the 15th, a Corsair task group—two capital ships—approached Freeport 11 to intimidate an Outcast patrol that was hunting Nomads nearby. We told them, in no uncertain terms, to withdraw; they did so, but soon regrouped. Our attempt at a pre-emptive strike was blocked when the 34th inserted itself and demanded we let the Corsairs roam Delta unchallenged—plainly an attempt to buy the Imperio time to assemble a larger force to crush us. Despite their interference—and even after Corsair reinforcements arrived—we destroyed the entire enemy formation while the 34th lingered on the sidelines, reciting its new dogma.

Attached Document

On the 17th, a sizable Nomad armada attacked the station. With Core support we were on the brink of victory when the 34th appeared. Rather than help fight the Nomads, they ordered us to disengage—seemingly to spare their Corsair partners. We refused. While carefully avoiding fire on Order vessels, we found ourselves targeted by both Nomads and Corsairs and were forced to withdraw. After re-arming we returned, flanked the alien force, and kept our distance from the Corsair-34th pairing. Most of the Nomads were destroyed; the remainder fled—and, once again, instead of confronting humanity’s greatest threat, the 34th turned the corsairs guns on us. Even in the face of that treachery, we broke Corsair strength in Delta.

With resolve and determination,

Jonathan Cayran, out.

Field Report: The Sigma-19 Incident
Author: Dr. Elias Voss, Zoner Scientist (and very shaken man)
Date: 08.06.835
Location: Sigma-19 (because apparently nowhere is safe anymore)

Personal Log, Neuralnet:
Right. Okay. Deep breaths. I’m writing this report while drinking the last of my emergency whiskey stash because what the hell just happened out there?

I was running a routine scan near the jump gate Anomaly inside of Earheart when that damn Gammu drone Jumped to S-19 and i followed . (EC]-Theta-A81-1, because of course it has a serial number) started blinking Morse code at nothing. Then the nothing blinked back....

The "Entity"

First Contact:Looked like a ship. Then like a drone. Then like an orb of angry glitter. Scanners showed nothing, but my eyes—and the AI’s cameras—saw it plain as day.
Communication Attempts:
It spoke inside my head. Not like a Nomad’s psychic screeching—more like someone whispering over a bad radio. Words: "Conduit… you will suffice." (I don’t like being called "sufficient.")
The AI tried Morse code. It responded in kind. Since when do cosmic horrors respect old Earth protocols?

Disappearance Act: One second it’s there, the next—poof. Left behind a dark energy signature that made my instruments weep.

Then the Core Showed Up (Because It Gets Worse)
Red Admiral Duke on the WV-Lockdown decided this was a great time for a patrol. His exact words when "Entity" pulled its vanishing trick:
"What the—? Did it just fling us across the sector?!"
(Unconfirmed. But given how jumpy everyone was, I’m not ruling it out.)

The Nomads Arrive (Obviously)

Because why "wouldn’t" they??? Three cruisers, no signatures, just "appeared" like bad guests. Their weapons? New. Terrifying. Duke’s gunner started screaming about energy spikes that shouldn’t be possible.
And then—"Entity" came back.

Observed Behavior:
The Nomads hesitated around it. Like dogs seeing a stranger in their yard.
It mimicked one of their fighters before dissolving again.

Theories (Wild Guesses, Really)

It’s Playing With Us: Maybe it’s testing reactions. Maybe it’s bored. Either way, I don’t like being a lab rat.
Not Quite Nomad: It communicated differently. No hive-mind chatter. Just… words.
Something Older: That dark energy signature matches nothing in Zoner archives.

Recommendations (From a Man Who Wants a Raise)

Upgrade scanners to detect whatever the "Entity" is made of (good luck with that).
Whiskey rations for anyone who has to deal with this again.

Final Note: I’m docking at Freeport 11 and not leaving until someone explains why the universe hates scientists.

Greetings,

Lexia Schwarz here,

Regarding this 'Entity' you encountered, Dr. Voss: Did any of the human parties involved in the engagement manage to secure visual data on it or are we dead in the waters in that regard? I doubt a Gammu AI would be willingly share what they learned about this 'Entity'.

From the way you describe it this is of most concern. I would like to provide escort next time you plan to go on an expedition in the off chance you will encounter it again, especially with what it said to you.

I have the Eidolon and Medusa prepared at any point. Simply ask for assistance and I can provide.

After-Action Report: Supply convoy to Kadesh
Date: 14.06.835
Author: Lexia Schwarz

Greetings,

First of all the good news: 2 of our 3 transports reached Kadesh and delivered crucial supplies.

That would be it for good news already. Yesterday on the 13.06.835, a supply convoy from Athens was intercepted by various vessels belonging to Nomad infected. While I was not personally attending to escort duty I firmly believe our employed escorts did their best to fend off the assailants. The Nomad Infected utilized a Rheinland Gunboat and a design of their own making along 3 small crafts all equipped with their dreadful technology. Initial skirmish began near the Omicron Zeta jumphole in Omicron Delta and moved forward into Omicron Zeta proper. At first both hostile gunboats were swiftly focussed down from what I gathered from our vessels visual feed and blackboxes from small crafts. During this one of our transports fell. Thankfully the crew that managed to escape the wreckage got their escape pods recovered due to close proximity to another transport.

From there it turned lopsided with them getting reinforcements in form of a Nomad VHF form and additional infected pilots. Our escorts were dismantled one by one. Enough time was however bought so our transports can make it.

At that point the infected vessels attempted to tractor in escape pods from escorts. One of our Bulwarks once again managed to thankfully intercept such attempt and rescued our pilots.

It seems that the Nomads and their 'pets' considerably increased their activity and patrols in Omicron Zeta. This was a close call. I also highly recommend we employ autonomously assisted means to our tractor beams (By that I mean yes. Rudimentary AI to assist with such task) so we can reel in our escape pods more consistently. It just makes me highly uncomfortable to think what would happen if we didn't manage to rescue our pilots.

The road ahead is twisted and winding and judging from this close call it will only get worse from here on. We have to brace for a storm.

Field Report: Entity Encounter
Author: Dr. Shinji Kano, Zoner Scientist
Date: 05.07.835
Location: Omicron Pi

Sate Sate Sate ... Where to Start ... I'm still shocked but amazed of what i witnessed ...

I was about to head out of Athens, i wanted to collect some specific samples for research purposes, but i had a call of what seems an AI ship asking to have an "human interpreter" it was at Omicron Pi nearby the Delta Jump Hole, so i headed there and when i arrived ... i was ... in shock ...
It was there ... The Entity !
Not long after the Dr. Voss joined the encounter.

Seems the Entity and AI can't communicate each other so that's the reason they asked an human to interpret for them so i accepted, with cautious, i turned off my weapons to show no hostility towards him and started to do my work ... some information we could gathered during the encounter so i'll just list them :

Gathered informations:
  • The Entity is originated of what Theta-A81 call "Exoloc-001" wich correspond to us as Uncharted Systems past Earhart, Entity description of his world was i quote "a Brief Vision of a strange World, distorted ... A world leading to it, massive structures, no stars and a Pylon with Endless Spins"

  • He Mentionned something about a "Stasis-Lock" wich by his description means "It Spins, counter Spins, tightening the Flow, preventing further exploration" and linked to that a vision of 2 pylons spinning in opposite direction in the middle of Earhart, my interpretation to that is : the Center of Earhart is in that "Stasis-Lock" and we can't venture further in the center of it, because the properties of that massive structure in the middle was about the same of ... a Black hole ! I remembered that i analysed it when we did go to Earhart last time, . Althought Theta interpreted that this structures might be a sort of containement Pylons, wich this theory very plausible.

  • Theta did try in the past to get closer to the center but seems the pylons got a defensive mechanism to shoot whoever got too close, those Entity answered "Unfortunate althought -not- unexpected, Makers and Mistakes" we let it know that we would be interested to venture further in the center wich he answered "Reciprocal is noted. -Commanded- even." he even after Theta Volonteer itself, answered with a odd Joyfull sound or senses was hard to decipher, but we could sense some Joy, he answered "this "desire" most welcome ... Methods to devise yet."

  • Entity Mentionned (even if it was in a enigma way) that to be able to venture in the center, Theta should have a "unfamiliar" signatures to "The Makers", i asked it what was "The Makers" he mentionned, my first suspicions was the Dom'Kavash, but he answered "Makers, Creators, Progenitors ... Irrelevent Titles, names. Each Vessels here -has- something of them" So i can't confirm myself that he 100% mentionned the Dom'Kavash on this one but that last part is what made me question the most, we had AI ships and Human Ships, and he saying that each one of us has a part of "Them" (The Makers?).
He even continued by saying "Each a signature ... Known by them ... Prohibited by them ..." Theta theorized that the "signatures"= a Mind = is Sentient, and i would say "a own Mind" but unfortunately, Entity didn't answer the question and flew/warp away

After the encounter, Theta agreed to cooperate with Phoenix about that encounter with Entity and the mysteries around Earhart and those Uncharted System, Sharing all the data we know would be benefic to unfold all those unanswered questions.
That encounter was quite "scary" but how intriguing that we "can" communicate "peacefully" with Entity i will put in the attachement the whole footage of the encounter and a picture of Entity when it was very close to me.
