Where is the UTC time zone? I couldn't find it listed in a time zone converter, so 1800 UTC is complete gibberish to me (or as my character would probably ask... "How can I show up on time for a military operation if I can't understand the bloody schedule?")
I live in Virginia, in the same time zone as Washington, DC and New York City. Can somebody please translate the schedule to something I can understand?

What exactly do you need to translated? Event is today, just be around in the server time's afternoon and be ready to switch to your BIS Paladin. I guess Honeyball Hannibal will write some console messages to keep everyone informed. Otherwise, we still have this thread were we talk about how to balance all this chaos. Nobody knows the time yet, but I expect it to be aroun 18-20 UTC server time, since both our russian friends in the future and the US friends in the past would be able to attend it without being awake somewhen around 5 in the morning.
