Widow, feel free to contribute to the even, my mailbox is always open. You will be able to play just as large a part as it in anyone. I do not think it is a good idea to turn the management over though, as managees need to be comfortable with and have some level of respect for managers in order for them to be effective, and as evidenced by this thread it doesnt seem like people are very comfortable with you.

Also, if there is one more bit of flaming here I am gonna call a moderator in and let them handle it.
