Description of report: Pirate Freighter without License.

Recommendations: Give him the Chance to Apply for a License.

Today I was in Orbit of Manhattan for Cargo Inspections and Ship Controles. With me were Admiral Creed and Capitan Benson, who helped me with some Intimidateding Firepower so that no one had any Funny Ideas. The Shift was Pretty Quiet till a Ship that was Categorized as a "Barn Find" by its Pilot came around. The Name of the Ship was Pack.Mule and its name were quite fitting as it was a Z-1138 "Mule" Pirate Freighter. As Pirate Ships and any other Ships Produced by Organisations that are Considered Hostile by Liberty as stated in Liberty Law 4.1, I Informed the Pilot that he Needs to Have a License for such Ships. The Pilot seemed surprised by this and Promised to Apply for such a License Immediately. As the Ship had No Weapons, Armor, or Shields and did not have Contraband on Board I only gave the Pilot a Verbal Warning and let him continue on his way. Should I encounter the Pilot Flying again without a License then I will Confiscate the Ship until he can Provide the Necessary Papers, and if necessary I will do it with Force. But for now, I would just keep the Pilot and his Unusual Ship in Mind and Hope he does the Right thing and Gets a License.

Report Description

Salutations Fleet.
Yesterday I was helping with our Supermancy Project and have ecountered APM vessel witch about 3,4k of cardamine onboard. Unfortunately transport's pilot was not so kind to cooperate and Valentine isn't prepared to chase criminals so she just moored with Planet Manhattan. After the encounter, I've returned to Salt Lake.
See you in space operatives.

Keep an eye on APM vessels operating in Liberty Space.

Other Operatives Present: Vice Admiral Creed, CO - 46th|LNS-Tomahawk and Captain Patrick Benson
Subject: Report - 15/01/829 | Escort

Report Description

Attention Fleet,

While in a routine patrol aboard my Flagship, the Anchorage, I received a coded transmission from a Bretonian Armed Forces Merchant Navy Vessel, the Beaufort. Naturally, I accepted and I was greeted by a rather pleasant chap, a Commander James Brooke.

Commander Brooke advised that he and his crew were carrying out a hauling venture of Niobium, as part of the on going lend-lease agreement between our respective houses. Mister Brooke advised that the Beaufort would shortly be arriving in to Cortez, so, we mutually agreed that the Anchorage and Captain Benson would rendezvous and advise when we arrived at the Cortez jump gate, California side. On the way back, I received a hail from the Tomahawk, commanded by Vice Admiral Creed, who linked up with the convoy and took lead scout with Benson.

We arrived in good time and I hailed the Beaufort and advised we were in position and granted permission to jump in to California. Pleasantries were of course afforded, but then tracks had to be made. Benson took point throughout the escort and we soon arrived at Brooke's destination, Pueblo Station in Colorado. There were thankfully no disruptions, other than some small sorties of Rogues, which the Captain handled and allowed the transport and Anchorage to move smoothly.

I have attached the logs and a few snaps from the automated camera aboard the Anchorage.

That is all.

Recommendations

Captain Benson performed very well as lead scout of the convoy. Kept all targets at bay which allowed the convoy to move freely and smoothly. Effective use of communication further assisted in this regard. Textbook ad-hoc escort operation and I am very pleased with how it went and the performance of all officers involed, including Commander Brooke, whom if I don't say so myself, appears to be a credit to the Merchant Navy of the Bretonia Armed Forces.

Report Description

Reporting in,

On my patrol the Insurgency battlecruiser Herkermer.Homolka was put out of action by 46th|LNS-Argonaute, but heavily damaged my ship as I didn't stay frosty and got too close despite warnings from Argonaute CIC. Following this the Outcast Maltese.Raider was put out of action by 5th|Dayvon.Bennet.

Foreign ships of GNI origin then appeared and 5th|Dayvon.Bennet and 46th|Kodiak-2 were put out of action by [SBIB]'Lynx.', [SBIB]Leon.Gateau and [SBIB]Rogue-2.

I have selected my target, [SBIB]Rogue-2 and was closing in on the bogey and almost got him but he escaped and I have retreated as well to submit this report as the remaining enemies were too strong at the time for my damaged vessel.

Signing off,

Description of report: Vessel named Hermerker.Homolka Insurgence Judicator Battlecruiser

Report Details Below

It has been a little while since 46th|LNS-Argonaute has been in battle action, but today she was put to the test once again and came out on top against an Insurgence Battlecruiser.

This individual has been sighted before and basically showed up when there was quite a presence at Manhatten, which included other Liberty Forces, but seeing as I was first on the scene I immediately instructed the crew to Battlestations and swiftly engaged the target.

The target did not last long and Argonaute received small damage and was repaired immediately

That will be all.

Description of report: Vessel attacking an ARMOUR ship : IN|H-Lolita.Longsword.

Report Details Below

I decided to take controls of 46th|ARMOUR-Camouflage once again, and do some supply runs to Sabah Shipyard for our classified project. And during my deliveries an Insurgence decided to show up and clearly did not want me to carry on with my duties.
A little bit of luck on my side, as a Crayter Cruiser showed up and offered me assistance and I gladly accepted his offer after the Insurgence decided to engage me.

I proceeded to engage alongside the Crayterian who was very professional and adept at his Cruiser flying skills and eventually was able to give me the chance to escape after the Insurgence was persistant.

My commendation will go out to this Crayter vessel, who's Captain did an excellent job protecting me, and keeping me safe.

That will be all.

Subject: Crayterian Cruiser in Liberty space without permission

Report Description

Greetings all, this is a good one,

After a small patrol had started and taking the Lane to West Point, I greeted some civilian ships and was about to take the lane to California.......
There it was .... A Crayterian Cruiser, basically flaunting the fact that other warships are not permitted in Liberty under Law section

4.2 Warships
"Corvo" Civilian Deep Space Explorer and "Bustard" Civilian Light Carrier are not considered Warships.

Only Liberty Forces can operate Capital Ships (e.g. Cruisers, Destroyers, Battlecruisers, Battleships, Dreadnoughts, Carriers, etc.) in Liberty.

Only Liberty Forces and ships within List of approved surplus licenses can operate Liberty Capital Ships (e.g. "Archer", "Interdictor", "Overlord", "Atlantis", etc.) anywhere in Sirius.

Temporary permission to enter or traverse Liberty with Capital Ships must be gained from Liberty Government and must be escorted by Primary Fleets at all times.

I managed to eventually persuade this Captain ..... if you can call him a captain ... mumbling all sorts of stuff saying that the Liberty Navy hired him ... I dont think so.

I suggest we keep an eye on this Cruiser, because by my instinct he is some sort of rogue Captain that just has no consideration for the frienship between Crayter and Liberty. My full conversation is listed with also VesselCam footage of this vessel in Liberty.

That is all for now.

Recommendations

Recommend that extra patrols be placed to monitor this situation and I have warned this vessel if he is caught again it wont be pretty at all.

Report Description

Hello there,

I decided to take my bomber out for a test flight after some maintenance and found a GMG transport codenamed Just.Flying.Around and he was coming from Detroit Munitions with some Black market munitions. I asked him to drop them and he said that his bosses would kill his family if he didn't deliver these munitions. I then contacted some operatives in GMG space and had his family brought to Manhatten. He happily reunited with his family but before he dropped the munitions an officer of the Liberty Police by the name of Chris Garnett showed up and asked what was going on. Before I could answer the GMG pilot started being rude to him. Garnett was rude back then GMG guy dock on Manhatten before he dropped the Munitions. I then docked on Trenton to file this report

Farewell for now
