no no you answered my question.
My confusion was that they were naming the Zypher the IMG Battle Ship in the model of the IMG battle Ship.
So I was just lead to believe the current design of the Zypher would go away.

I don't understand why =CR= needs to exists. Sorry for being such a hater, I just don't see their purpose, at least at this moment, when even their way of roleplaying is imported from BSG, not to say about the ships.

To be brutally honest Varok, we don't really care.
The CR has been part of Discovery for years now, has helped shape what it has become and has rewritten it's lore to be more intertwined with the Freelancer universe than many of the vanilla factions themselves.
They've earnt their space, their ships and their reputation - good and bad.
You don't get all those simply by being a boring import.

This is a game. People are here to have fun. The =CR= provide a conduit for that. Their role play and lore has been adequately adjusted and added into Disco's lore. They are a mini house that attempts to police the Taus, among other things.
