Did you read the first sentence of that post or jsut the second. The Council of the Rising Suns is just that a Council, the Council, with the exception of Lotek, who is not around right now, agreed on the course of action, including the second of the KNF. How am I forcing rp on them?

What if Lotek had any inRP plans between KNF and CR? What if lower level CR wanted to build an RP relationship with KNF further? I am not saying you alone forced something on them. Both sides forced their RP on all involved.
Neither side talked about it before it spiraled out of control. To me it looks like Panzer kneejerked when you banned them from Kusari. (The attacks after the fact.....really?) The ban looked like a kneejerk because of how fast you issued it. (You confronted them on the 11th and banned them on the 13th. Though I assume their attacks had to do with it? The thread made no mention of it though.)
Ivan and other Kusari leaders have already admitted yall should have held off and spoke with Lotek. Panzer shouldn't have let personal problems in the way, even if he did want out of the alliance.
Now, leave my comments be. We've agreed, if you look at the posts. Yall agreed yall (damn that sounds hickish) should have waited on Lotek. This is a CR feedback. If you want to talk to me PM me.

I'v seen the best and the worst that the Remnant has to offer. Kaze being one of the better RPers and Archon being the worst of them all.
However in the past i have been insulted to a degree by CR members that could be considered a personal and emotional attack, not knowing my Grandmother recently dying of Cancer a CR i fought said that "I hope you get Cancer and die"...Now naturally this was hurtful and quite insensitive, but i managed to push through it and be reasonable.
But i know that many in the CR aren't like that and are actually nice guys to RP with, even though their ships suck they don't give up on what they believe is their duty and try to provide a wonderful RP and PVP experience.
Keep it going CR! Hope to fight you again shortly.

Ok, the way I saw it, this is purely an RP conflict between two imaginary characters - Jien Kogen and Bas Angelos. The former being a stubborn xenophobic Japanese noble archetype and the latter being a Hitler mk II.
In my case, the player happens to enjoy playing an authoritarian dictator - Bas.
In the Character's eyes, KNF are being Japanese xenophobes/racists and it's not the first time either. Several times before they tried making his country a client state for the Japs and when that proved a failure, they resorted to threats and humiliation. Bas can't have that.
So... He saw the latest little messup with that destroyer as the last straw. Enough, up yours, bubai. Later that day the climate and moods with the force were such, that a spark was needed for them to start shooting KNF and they did just that. I joined in later thinking it's a KNF+CR furball aagainst GCs and others while all the sudden Pink told me it's the opposite! Got wtf'd and died anyway.
Whaatever... Neither Panzer nor Bas are gonna be sorry because both see it as utter bull from KNF.

Don't come into someone's home without taking your shoes off and giving thanks to the owners for letting you in.
It's a pretty basic custom all around the world, more so in Japan.
If you intend to conduct yourselves without regard for the mannerisms and customs of those who own the property in which you tread, of course you're going to get chucked out, but if that's what you want, sure we've no issue with it...
But I don't know how you can possibly justify your actions as being reactionary to Kusari agressiveness as opposed to proactive in worsening relations, when you urinate on the lawn that someone else owns...
