I mean we've been picking up vast reports of Nomads gathering in Iota and increased activity within the Omicrons. It's obvious they want to get rid of us, once and for all. And the only option the admiralty has is to start building up defenses. I mean are they blind? With that kind of fleet the Nomads could erase half the planets out of the sector and how could possibly a small fleet such as ours defeat such a thing? It's impossible. I mean, our agents are good pilots, but sometimes even skill can be undermined by sheer numbers..." And with ending that sentence he took a shot of Scotch.
