No, you had a DSE ID. I know this because I've run into you about a dozen times on your ship |Manta|, and before that on Manta. I've scanned you numerous times to ensure that I was allowed to pirate you. If you just quickly changed the ID of your ship to make it sound illegal what I did, that's pretty poor, but suit yourself.
I'd also appreciate it if you would take up a less hostile attitude with me. There is no need for threats or insults.

but you know what? dont bother yourselves too much..be cause i'm not trading anymore, only from time to time i do 1 or maybe 2 runs...nothing fancy be cause i'm not building myself a House or something like in virtuall space..unlike some around here

Thing is, despite how many times you scanned him in the past, that's not a guarantee that his ID will be the same and you will not have to scan him again prior to piracy. I don't think his change of ID was intentional, how could he know you gonna pirate him? And again, intentional or not, poor move or not, if he changed the ID, then your Republican character pirated a Gateway character, which is affiliated with Bretonia, which is currently not at war with Rheinland. And thus, you committed a 6.9 rule violation.
