NCC, may I ask you what war crimes you are speaking about? I think you have mistaken Omicrons with house of Liberty. Genocide happens in this sector on nearly daily basis with no institution of commonly acknowledged court to judge anyone. Otherwise you are permitted to fly around in your fighters if this makes you happy.

Me and Members of the ECG with Cruisers and Battleships use O 74 to travel to delta coz Kappa JH in Gamma is not adapt for big ships to travel there.
We will travel thru O 74 with or without your premision coz i dont care less.
I have order members of my fleet not to open fire on any order or AI ships but they will return fire if you shoot on them
ECG fleet will travel thru O 74 for the reasons i stated above
I hope you will finde reason and order your ships not to stop the ECG to travel thru this Space
