Really hard to say, my most widely traveled ship has 132 mapped overall.
Of those, I've visited the vast majority with either that ship or someone else at some point this year, with the exception of a number of guard systems, places like Omicron 81/82, Cayman, etc.
Overall probably 110-120. Let's say 110.

I reckon round a third of all systems as well. My acitivity is thoroughly focussed on Southeren sirius. hardly ever visit Liberty beyond New York, Colorado and California Same goes for New Tokyo and Honshu in Kusari. Went to Gallia once last year so thats a lot of ignored systems.

Well, since my activity has basically zeroed over the course of this year I only went ingame for autowipeout prevention and a few events on my main chars. I guess this accounts for around 15-20 systems.

120, anyways. I think it's kind of a good result for roughly one month worth of playing...
