Though the BPA) or any other Police Faction can certainly do with members and more activity.

Naturally everybody will promote his faction and try to recruit you, but I see you are from the US Garret. I'll say this: join faction with people from that same or similar timezone, if you don't want to be lonely member, flying when European players sleep and sleeping when they play.
Afaik Congress and VR have American players in their ranks, try them. Eventually join VWA and fly with Lunatic, who's excellent roleplayer.

Thanks for the advice, Pavel. I thought after I posted that I should have mentioned my timezone. Coincidentally, I did apply to the VR and got accepted.
I appreciate all the offers. Once I get established with the VR, I may broaden out to another, if time allows.
Don't know if unofficial factions are still disallowed from recruiting on the forums. If so, then please take the opportunity to post here and tell me about your organization. I just might buy out the time to fly with you.
