They Didn't Do a rollback, they are just banning most people now, everyone has been hacking in there, i got banned after people spammed me with money, the game started to lack fun once R* made everything too hard to earn things and hackers were rampant.
file a report ticket before its too late. you will get either, banned/put in the cheater pool/or reset
