There are already a lot of "enemy" factions expressing their interest. While I appreciate the many factions wanting to get involved, I feel like we might end up getting crowded out if people like CR| and other non-Kusari-centric factions start showing up in force.

I'm not sure it would make sense. Following their help about the rebels thing, KNF tends to ignore them, instead of chasing them.
