Both factions have interesting concepts. I imagine merging their tech usage somehow (background adjustment or something?) could lead to a lot of fun and possibilities.

Voted none. Neither variants, despite having provided feedback and ideas to two of them, are related to anything phantoms where. If someone wants etherium, revenants or whatever else - make your own bloody game assets, don't be vultures who smelled rotten corpse of a long dead faction to make a feast out of it.

So what you're saying is the models, assets, etc should stay in the game just to clog up some extra hard disk space and never be used, because the faction that once used them has been disbanded?
The Phantoms have come and gone, the assets they used (which in my opinion weren't even that pretty to now's standards) are left on the mod with no use at all, why shouldn't they be recycled if the admins haven't deleted them in all this time?
P.S. Don't forget that before they were phantom toys they were the Lane Hacker LF and LSF VHF. Oh and Corsair Cruiser.
