What you did was sanctionable NoMe, as Order aren't allowed to bring caps into systems that have jump gates, like Tau-23 which has a jump gate to Languedoc.

and for my return at home, i will use a different way, without JG, but it was urgent! unfortunately on my way i encountered an ancestral ennemy.

you have nothing to do in inverness with caps, you cant bring caps there, so dont bring them there, that's all.

Also you said in a previous post NoMe to the nomads to go back to their space. All of Sirius is their space. They can go ANYWHERE they lived in Sirius before we got there. Why do you think they want to kill us hm? Because we are trespassing in their space

Memory serves, it was a Irra, nomad cruiser that flash was flying, if I understand the situation correctly, and that it was indeed the same situation that I was also involved in on my nomad.
Nomads can literally go anywhere. The Order vessels (caps anyway) are limited as to which systems they can enter.
Tau-23 is one of those systems that your order cap cannot enter. End of story. read your ID
standard nomad ID restricts indie noms to the Omicrons.
K'Hara ID restricts us only in where we can dock, not where we can fly.
