Corsairs inactive because most our enemies also inactive. No gamma raids anymore, no events in omegas, no piracy in O7. We already lost two official factions and their players either went other factions or left game. Indies it seems got bored of making missions on legates too.
Im trying to collect people in TBH for flying. So far its rare raids or tradings. Maybe later we shall see Corsairs flying again.

Well there are some mining operations in O-7 and O-11 and some activities in O-9 too(but dunno whats there
), so as for a piracy corsairs have some good choices. There're hessians active in Omegas so as for battles,you've some choices too.

Yes but you have to fly some good 130k on cruise to reach these areas. Most miners will be long gone after you log.

Sums up quite nicely the things to do for Outcasts on the right side of the map, aka the central Omicrons and everything down to the Corsairs. Actually, given the still current map, take O92, draw a line down from it to the bottom of the map and basically everything that's on the right side of that line is wastelands to the Outcasts.
There's the occasional Order and BHG there, the Zoners nobody wants to play with, and no Corsairs. Nothing to do there except maybe finding some PvP. And honestly, as Outcast you find that way easier and faster at other places where you don't need to zZz semi-afk fly around hundreds of clicks without encountering anything of actual value to your RP or interests.
Back the days with the introduction of PoBs, the Sairs locked down Gamma, which instantly led to no Outcast bothering going there anymore at all.
Omegas are dead. There's no Hessians, in return there's no Sairs. That leads to Outcasts not even considering moving to Theta and further. You don't even encounter anything interesting in the Sigmas on your way down there.
It's just boring. A waste of time flying.
//Edit: What actually might help is putting two HUB-systems between the Outcasts and the Corsairs.
One linking to the Sigmas and into Kusari, one other coming after that linking into the Central Omicrons and down to the Corsairs. Both systems should not be more to fly as some max. 50k each from the most far JHs to each other.

Well, basically, the main reason for disappearance of Sairs\OC\Whatever faction is a properly destroyed Piracy. How was it achieved? POBs, Transport buffs, Stupid system layouts, Cruiser piracy, etc. A lot of reasons in fact. They made up a road to the total uselessness of pirate's existence. 4.84-85 were a golden age of pirates with server being full - now it's just a space truck driver arcade with recent cap engagements.
P.S.: Here I want to add that people were making a thread over the thread blaming those totally stupid changes feeling that it'll break their factions and gameplay. But no, devs know for better.

Seems PoBs are one of the main reasons of their inactivity... What if we simply destroy those PoBs? If we have seen that those damn PoBs made nothing profitable,why the hell they are still active?
