Back when I had a faction I would check my own guys in a character they didn't know was me.
Have you tried that? It's your faction, you can believe what people or telling you or call people simple minded instead, but a good faction leader wouldn't need others to tell him how his faction operates.

Well i was there and your Roleplay was not the smartest, i mean what do you expect, if ya sitting near Baltimore Yard, shooting Navy Ships (NPC) infront of
LN Members, do you think they stand still and wait until you finish your RP, i guess not so next time find another place like Bad Land and spread there your words but not infront of LN Members... just my 2 Cents to your RP

In my opinion an insane guy is kinda like a 5 year old. They don't realize what they have done wrong until its to late. So, this being the case, shouldn't i be rather oblivious to the fact that what i'm doing is wrong? Further more, once i realize what im doing is wrong (which would require someone actually telling me rather then saying "drop the pilots or die") then i would stop...So my RP requires RP in return, not just a one sided conversation.

If you don't know who the leaders of LN are you aren't looking. Our faction status (found in both the official thread and the feedback page) show that Razr, Titan, Turkish, Etaphreven and I are all high command. The recruitment thread all has replies from us MENTIONING our ranks. Message dump has it too. Replies to threads like the 522nd one, the DIA one and all sorts of ooRP ones show our ranks and positions.
Seriously people, start looking and stop waiting to be told.

I have been receiving stellar compliments about LN's RP from almost everyone I know, I even received screenshots of such things and people saying they're proud of the improvement, so please, if you see the problem, back it up with evidence, because this is just stirring up arguments that make no sense, with your side having absolutely nothing to back it up with.
