as Singularity pointed out, I and a couple of guys are interested in organising these pews, and we all live in India, restricting the time we run them.
16:30 Server time is max I can do(I too have to sleep you know).
plus, the Idea is to take events to people who cant usually participate in events due to time zone.
OFC, if more people volunteer to run them, they can go on at various times, to facilitate more players playing at at least 1 event

On weekdays, most of the server's players will be at work/school/university at that time. Might want to try the weekend if you can't go any later.

I would suggest to organise it on this Sunday/Saturday .. GMT 16-17 ???
Would be fine I suppose. And as per IST, we would be having the time 21:30-22:30 which will be okay I suppose.
