Just a question.

Well, the suicidal bombing (which will happen once exiles taste failure in phase-I) will result in killing of some civilians or infact most in the station , that might lead to a bit of distrust among the allies.. Which ofcourse will be sorted out by extending comms that would deal with explanations and further action.
Its not that required, but added, may be to keep a platform open for discussion among allies.

Additionally, the Exiles would go in with confidence that they can complete the assignment with minimal casualties. The collateral damage is less than pleasing and could tarnish the reputation of their allies as well.

Don't understand this part.

If they succeed in phase 1, defeat the navy, and do their part, how would they be killed or captured anyway?

Well I assume that -

If Exiles win in the first phase, that would just make sure that there would be no Civilian casualties, but the part where a large group comes will still be played. So, the result is if Exiles fail in Phase 1, then they have to suicide bomb amidst all the KNF forces into Nansei.

But if they win, they complete the mission but have to face the large group of the Kusari Navy outside.

But yeah, we could change that part, Kaiser will do it if he doesn't have something else in mind. It doesn't have to be necessary outcome that the Exiles have to be captured or face death.

I've made a change that reflects the reason for all exiles dying or being captured and also to explain a relations hit with their allies, should they fail. If they succeed in phase 1 (Exiles that is) they will go engage the main force to give the volunteer allies a chance to escape. If they fail in phase one, all will be trapped in the bloodbath.

I'm way to busy in real life right now to properly give an event like this justice, so i'm going to shelve it for the moment.

Kusari Exiles and KNF will be surely two sides, but there are GMG... and Samura alongside with Kishiro would need to make their choices as well, there are Blood Dragons...

And... there's Gallia of course.

The best scenario:
KNF vs Exiles (with no corporations taking practical part)

The worst scenario:
KNF+GRN(?) vs GMG+Blood Dragons vs Exiles+Samura - and Kishiro having problem if they would prefer stay with GMG/BD or stay close to KNF. And GC... The Civil War would surely shatter their alliance with Blood Dragons, because BD and GC shares way different goals, beside their alliance.
