The [align=center] thing only centers the image.
I guess, by [img float=center], he means that with the image in the center, words can be made to appear on either side of the image rather than on the top and bottom of the image.
Like, an image in between the lines of text.

I don't know why but the spoilers don't seem to work on my smartphone. I use Google Chrome 35 on Android 4.4. Maybe you know why it doesn't work?
Edit: On my Mobile Firefox it works. Weird...

Chrome is unstable on Andoid, isn't it? I use boat browser and dolphin browser, everything works.

Also please let us be able to mark all messages in our Mail Box. It's annoying to click all of them one by one in order to remove, yes I tried the button upside there but it doesn't work, even if I click it as for removing all msgs, it wont remove em.
