I may suggest having each team have a specific meeting point to hang around at before the event starts.
Ronneburg seems the most ideal for the Hessian side of things.
Cadiz also makes the most sense for the Corsair team. I may suggest that the Corsairs fly to Omega-3, then Omega-9, so that they end up arriving in Omega-9 from a separate jump hole. Yes, it means more flying, but it's to avoid radiation damage, and the Omega-9 JH in Omega-5 is pretty close to the Hessian base. Realistically speaking, it would be wiser for the Corsairs to loop around through Omega-3.
In Omega-9, the Omega-3 and Omega-5 jump holes are relatively close to one another, which increases the chances for both sides to bump into each other, ergo, reason for the shootout.
