You still haven't answered Sabre's second question, nor the ship related one.
You basically don't have a secret allegiance with LN/BAF/LSF/BIS while having pirate IDs, trying to use their ships while you don't a have a solid background to back you up.

Well, unless both the Bretonian and Libertonian sides agree with the backstory it will look like a bunch of pirates stealing naval technology they can't properly use anyways.

Anyway. We dont use any LN/BAF technologies.

Anyway, As Thyr said. Make sure to contact both BAF| and [LN] HCes if you want to backup your story and make it 'true'. Because it will look like a group of pirates who're trying to ally with lawful forces and failing to do so, and will get shot eventually.
But for your story line, I greatly suggest switching to Privateer ID.

The Privateer Faction is dead but has the same goals, why dont you just join them or make a request for change in leadership?

What still baffles me is that however unique you want your idea to be, at this moment it technically doesn't look much more than another faction to pew Gallic lawfuls and corporations in the Taus and Gallia, to which we already have a ton of other factions.

The following factions fit all the categories: LSF, BIS, Privateers, Maquis, Brigands, Outcasts. Maquis are rather for terrorism, LSF and BIS aren't for piracy either (rather just mere disruption of the flow of supplies), if you want to outright pirate, you can still chose Privateers, Brigands, Outcasts, from which I guess we can discard Outcasts due to your conflict mentioned in your story, and Brigands for being of Gallic origin. The result is that Privateers are still the closest to what you might want to be, but keep in mind that the conclusions I've drawn are based on the little information you've shared with us so far.
