Recently the Oyabun Council has expressed its concern regarding a sharp decrease in operational profits within the Association. They have out in effect measures to amend this situation, by establishing regular quotas for business and profits. These goals are to be achieved by the Association as a whole, and the success of the endeavor will bring benefits for the Association, as well for the most hard working Associates.

Reports of your activities either to be presented here, or delivered to your Association representative.

First set of Economic goals is here published, and will stay in effect for the next 15 days, almost to the end of the month.

Well, it's been a while since I've used this thingamajig. Work has been progressing steadily, and I've been focusing more on handling the catches of this month, while Hebishima-kun has taken care of almost all of the work in... everywhere else.

Regarding those jobs that need to be done, I've heard some of the lads in the Association have started doing their part, mostly in relation to our close neighbors.

3100 units of Artifacts landed on the Lane Hacker base on the path to Liberty. An equal number of Counterfeit Software returned, and was shipped to Kabukicho for their destinations.

Later on, another set of 2900 Artifact crates was delivered to Leiden. The transport Takamatsu picked up some newly shipped Light Arms from the Hackers, to be shipped elsewhere.

That is all so far, from what I've heard.

As you may know, I am a quite new addition to the main body of glorious Hogosha Association. Today was my first shipping operation, in which "Mimasaka" has been under my command and Kyushu Rice was a package (3200 units). The shift on this ship had been nice and lazy, until the strange object appeared on my scanners. I have never met something like that, so I kept my crew on full alert, but it seemingly did not had any hostile attitude.

Moreover, it started to speak some gibberish, but word after word I could understand it. "It" noted... itself to be a young... something. After it announced itself, it flew around me a few times and simply disappeared, to be found nowhere. It simply, disappeared. But that encounted hadn't clouded my mind and the shipment was safely delivered to Planet Baden Baden, and hefty earn have been achieved . No other events distrurbed the belated flight.

At the moment, Mimasaka is resting around Planet Stuttgart, awaiting launch and then delivery of Blue Jillies to Planet Junyo in Shikoku.

I would also, if bosses would allow this, humbly offer my help in expansion of the Association's business in Rheinland, as I am not entirely sure if the given requirements and goals for Rheinland deliveries were achieved or not (Goal 6 and Goal 7).

While I was flying around in my private fighter, I came across a very interesting target - an IMG IFF fighter, heavily damaged (engine failure), which was naive enough to be lured into Rishiri. Primarily, I wanted simply to rip-off the guy... but then, the other idea came out. I simply made that pilot an offer: being hired by Hogosha Association. I already warned him not to work for others, but then Edo-kun (using this name, since his name is quite unprouncounceable for me) shared the conclussion he won't work for filth. Here are the logs.

I've lead him into Misaki Station, where he landed and his engine was replaced. However, he caused one Samura freighter to be destroyed, althrough it was fault of broken engine. Something like this wouldn't happen to the superior Kusari technology, I assume. The Samuran pilots were brought back safely for Misaki Station, but it made our Edo-kun actually indebted towards Samura.

Then, the things became clear. I already warned our little friend about eventual repercussions in case of betrayal. He will note me in NN message soon, which I will gladly forward to our bosses.

I have made serveral shipments from and into Kusari, tighting our relations with respected partners in Rheinland. Whilst I do not believe I made great achievements for the Association and Families, I still do my best for Hogosha. During the last shipping, the hireling I've spoken about escorted me from Rheinland into Kusari, but thankfully no GMG thugs were present.

Kon’nichiwa to everybody,

I’m contacting all of you today in regard of a possible theft that might have occurred. About half an hour or so, while I was in orbit of planet New Tokyo, a certain transport ship passed nearby. A freelancer was flying a Raba transport. When I tried to call out to him and question how he came into possession of the craft, he not only didn’t stop but continued with his docking to the trade lane. The automatic name transmission identified him as “Hacki”.

I did not have the possibility to record scan logs at the moment, but I hope this information is useful in tracking and possibly discovering the truth about this matter.

Konbanwa my youngins, how have you all been? It has been a while since I passed by through these networks of the Association, bearing good news.

And good news I bring, once again. Praise to the Fortunes.
Our constant work in the breeding reefs in Junyo has blessed us with the most beautiful catch of Junyo Pearls in recent decades. So mesmerizing they are, that the Samura request to have the Junyo Fire Pearl brand as a recognized natural and cultural asset of Shikoku has been recognized by the government, allowing us and them to start selling and shipping said apex of Kusari oceanic expertise to elite customers all over Sirius.

Such an occasion for celebration, that we commemorated the first voyage of the Takarabune to promote our most valuable commercial asset to date, by taking a shipment of Fire Pearls to the premium Samura emporium on Tomioka spaceport. Even with the threat of Blood Dragons trying to blockade the spaceport with their cheap ships and disposable crew, Samura investors were still very eager to get a glimpse on the new Junyo product, and spend a few millions in getting one of these rarities.

Good evening associates, Hebishima here.

In the past days I have made a visit to the esteemed neighbours of the south border, the Lane Hackers, and met with one of their representatives, Mr. Yoshida. I believe he has quite a name amongst many of the Hogosha, due to his most frequent interest and contact with our kind.

I went to their nearest hideout and we have discussed some matters of politics and trade, and I believe we have some agreements that can be worked with from now on.

The Hackers were most concerned with the recent developments in Kusari, and to my surprise, Mr. Yoshida advocated an appeasement and collaboration with the Imperial movement. An odd choice, considering their more long-standing relation with the Golden Chrysanthemums, but I guess they are gonna play both sides to press on the current regime.

They requested us, or just me, to make negotiations with the Exiles on their behalf, and arrange a... non aggression pact between them. That in itself gives us no harm or good in itself, but I made sure to correct that situation.

I have negotiated with Mr. Yoshida an increase of our share in their arms smuggling business in Kusari, in exchange for our efforts with the exiles. About 70% of their Kusari arms and munitions trade will be directed to us, once we have the exile agreement signed.

I've also made a compromise to increase our h-fuel smuggling to them. It is justifiable, since they are paying well for it.

A secured supply from the Hackers, combined with our efforts in rheinland shipping, would give us a majority in the underworld arms trade in Kusari. We would just have to deal with the competition that would remain from the other libertonians.

The Takarabune remains committed to the expansion and development of the Association, and would like to see the other syndicates and Associations double our efforts through their own means, for a safer Kusari.
