Why I added the rule that PVP has to be on an RP basis... and I don't mean that 'Oh, he's an enemy, BAM', I mean actual RP. I want a faction full of skilled pilots, that RPs, not one that has skilled pilots just to PVP all day long.

I just don't know how are you going to exist as "Xeno guard" when XA owns Tau-45?
Are you going to be a wing of XA? Either way, you can't be "Xeno guard" without their authorization, right?
Also, I'd highly recommend this faction to station themselves in Southern Liberty, as Kress suggested.
Many traders, Unioners, Junkers, Rogues, whatever you like.
North part is already overcrowded.
Also, as a Terrorist organization, I'd suggest you to make traders number one priority.
That means if you have 3 traders and 1 fighter, you should engage traders first.
Just like Hackers go after money, you should go after cargo.
Terrorists are not trained to openly confront lawful forces, but more to terrorize their economy and quick hit 'n runs.

I've talked to JihadJoe and he is OK with us, even welcomed us. The entire premise is that the XA deals with terrorizing the traders, we deal with keeping the lawfuls off their backs. And yes, I would like to move south to Barrow, maybe some [AU] events planned, but that's we'll talk about that when Kress gets back to me.
