Are only officials allowed? If not I could bring a Kusari BC. If the KNF's themselfs wanna bring a BC, I could hop in as a SASF siding with Kusari, is that possible? Could I get like another wingman with me? SASF = The Alliance (Not Farmers).

I believe SASF should be aside of any Civil War at the moment, Snake. Also, you would be supporting pro-Gallic government, so it's a rather bad idea for your relations with Liberty and Bretonia for example.
If I were to unite humanity, I'd stand aside from civil wars, unless one side was clearly evil.

From what I could gather, SASF sides with the current legitimate governments of the Houses, irrespective if they are the original ones or not.

Well, what if government changes? There's a chance that SASF would become target number one, because of their sympathies with previous government. I mean, just think of the future consequences. What if it would be Blood Dragons who would prevail in the Kusari?
It's not that stupid scenario, because Blood Dragons could be covertly backed by The Order or even by GMG. Not to mention about possible amnesty from either Liberty or Bretonia, because unlike Xenos, they aren't just common terrorists.
And in case of Kusari joining the Gallic Alliance, enemy of my enemy is my friend.
